We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaAlthouth it was clean, the apartment was not as per the expectations from photos: the kitchen did not have garbage bags, no knifes, no detergent for washing the dishes, the walls from kitchen area were very oily, maybe ceramic tiles or glass protection will help. Bathroom door did not have all the elements, we could see the bricks and insulation foam. Bedroom door was damaged had some holes.
Location close to the beach, quite area, very friendly and cooperant staff. I liked the generous balcony.

RomaniaThe villa is new and looks very nice. The location is on a narrow street, a bit hard to find at first, but I was happy it has parking spaces out front. The place also has a back garden with a pool, sunbeds, and tables to sit at and have lunch or dinner. It also has a barbecue you can use. At night is really nice and quiet. The room was big enough, very clean, with a comfy bed and nice furniture. The room had a tv and I was happy to find not one, but two irons. :) The bathroom was clean and modern. The cleaning lady was nice and even spoke romanian. We gave her the money for the room and she gave us the key. Make sure you have cash. - If you don't there is an atm next to the "Restaurant Barbecue" on the "main street". Just search for it on the google maps. Don't search for an atm on google maps because it's not updated and it will take you to a place that doesn't exist anymore. Don't trust google maps while you're here because a lot of things have not been updated for a really long time :D. The beach is not far, only 7 mins away, and it's a pretty clean beach, small and quiet, with no music, and really good food around and fair prices. The centre of the resort is about 15 20 mins away (walking). If you want to go out at night, make sure you have your phone charged because most of the streets around are not lit.

BulgariaMy first room smelled very strongly of mildew, the water in the toilet was brown and leaking in from the sewage. The door was difficult to lock, but with a few phone calls they managed to explain how it works. The staff couldn't direct me properly on how to get the key from my room. They kept insisting it was in a room down some stairs, but there are no stairs leading down in this place. The staff/housekeeping room is scary and the fact that I had to go in and get my own key from a cardboard box of keys, placed in a "room" that I can only describe as a hole in the wall with a metal door, felt unsafe and random. The second room was much better, but had no windows that could open and the AC was barely working. There was something melted to the sheets, like someone had melted some plastic fabric on the sheets while ironing them. There were mildew stains on the bathroom walls.
There was not much to like, checking in was a pain, but the stay was tolerable.

United KingdomThe rooms need refurbishment. Very nasty stains on the walls. The worst was the wall behind the bed with brown stains. I really feel disgusted of the state of the facilities.
The pictures are at least 10y old. Doesn't look like this anymore.

BulgariaA lot of the things were misleading in the booking ad for the apartments. There is no airport shuttle, only the studio apartments have kitchens, which is not specified anywhere, as it says they have a kitchen, there is no people at reception after 5pm, the bathroom had small moths all over it, the rooms had no minibar or fridge anywhere so we were forced to eat all of our food the moment we bought it or had to eat out. The TV also stopped working after going through a few channels.
The apartments were close to almost everything in the resort. That was honestly the only advantage of the place.

RomaniaThe room was not cleaned at least once during our 4 days stay. When we arrived the aircon was smelling like mold and the filters were not cleaned in years. One of the beds was also smelling like mold and we had to keep the mattress on the balcony. Overall, the appartment did not look clean at all. There were only 4 parking spaces which were occupied all the timr so we had to park on a very narrow road down the street.
The location was good, close to the sea.

UkraineI booked a room for four, but there were only two bed linen. On my question to the owner by phone, where to get the necessary two sets, the answer was in the morning, at the reception. But at the reception they knew that there would be a family of 4 people, because there were 4 towels. Second: the pool is always open. Tell me, doesn't it take time to chlorinate and purify it? Third: the Internet is connected to the hotel, but it has not been installed throughout the hotel. You can only use the Internet downstairs, near the router. Fourth: The hotel has a type of security guard who tells everyone that he is a guest of the hotel. But during the holiday season, the hotel must have staff. Fifth: and probably not the very last - the staff does not value the name of the hotel, moreover, it seemed to me that they like it when the review about the hotel is negative. Conclusion: Answer yourself, dear hotel owner: why did you spend so much money, but the hired staff reduces all your costs to zero? There are a couple more points, but I do not want to write so that someone does not take advantage of this and cause you, as the owner, big expenses and troubles.
I wanted to write directly to the owner of the hotel, but apparently it didn’t work. I will try to give a rating so if the owner wants improving for his hotel and it truly becomes one of the best. Firstly, we arrived late and after calling on the phone, we heard a very pleasant and friendly voice, I hope it was the owner. He said that the reception was already closed, but the number was waiting for us, and by phone he explained how to find it. Judging by the equipment in the room, the owner really tried: Daikin air conditioner, Grohe plumbing, there is everything you need: a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle and all the necessary utensils. There is a swimming pool in the yard. We were immediately given wi-fi access ... Everything is well, but at the same time there are disadvantages

RomaniaWe didn't like that the walls were very thin and we could hear literally everything from the rooms next to us. In the other room there was a baby and we couldn't sleep because it was crying from 5:00 in the morning. Also it was written that the place has private free parking and actually this was one of the reasons we chose that property but in reality they had only 4 places that were ocupied all the time and we needed to look for a place on the street. In our opinion the price of location exceeded by a lot what it offered.
The room was clean and modern. We had everything that we needed for our stay. The location was also good.

BulgariaReally poor accommodation, standard rooms are facing the main road not more than 1,5 meters and dust is everywhere also lot of noise. Wasn’t clean, on first room broken washer and non working air conditioner. Moisture in the rooms. Really low management and low maintenant place. Like for the cherry of the cake they don’t gave us a real cash receipt.
Actually nothing, low value low quality…but for sure on same price would find better solution. Probably other apartments will be better but Think wise before you buy!
