Except a minor incident from my second day,when the cleaning came to the room, everything was good.I did made a reclamation at the front desk and I hope they will take action.

Very good quality/price.Food was great as well the swimming pools.The hotel is in a very good position to visit all touristic objectifs.Half an hour drive you find 2 caves and the Eagle eye,20 min by foot from an Ecotrail,I loved it.

No botled water in the room, for spa hotel Devin in Devin you can expect to find a bottle or two of Devin water in the room. But no, nothing. Mini bar fridge was empty. No hot water kettle, no way to prepare any drinks in the room.

Extremely poor Wi-Fi.

The hotel offers an excellent breakfast at its restaurant with a wide variety of food options and good quality. The swimming pool is enjoyable, complete with comfortable sunbeds and warm water. The room was modern and clean. However, unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the extremely poor Wi-Fi. Despite this drawback, considering all the advantages, the overall experience was good.

Working time for SPA and gym is 9:00-20:00. If you have plan to swim or visit the gym before breakfast- need to negotiate with staff. Breakfast is limited in choices of healthy food options. Plenty of pastries and cookies, but for ex dark bread is rear to find.

All other SPA hotels were not available for our dates, this we booked Devin SPA.

The room had the smallest bathroom I have ever seen. Spa center was pretty small and surprisingly cold.

The room was specious and clean. Breakfast was good. Central location right into the heart of the town.

The deep end of the pool is really deep 1.90. The water was ok to swim but for a thermal pool to me was cold. Steam Room was not working. It's still worth for the money, nice place, I'd stay stay again.

The room was great, the bathroom, the view. Very clean and comfortable. Good food at the restaurant. Nature absolutely amazingly beautiful. Great hiking trails.

There is bad smell in the bathroom from the sewerage. Also the room is not equipped with the kettle/or coffee machine. We wanted to make a tea late evening and it wasn't possible.

The breakfast was good. The spa is also relaxing after whole day of hiking.

Breakfast was OK, fresh seasonal F&V and everything else for a good healthy breakfast. Only coffee could be improved. Location is perfect. It was a very relaxing and comfortable stay.
