Great location, walking distance to the main sites and restaurants. We liked that the room was clean, had all necesary amenities and a large terrace. Underground parking is available. Breakfast options are offered upon request at the hotel. We enjoyed very much our stay and visit of Kazanluk.

Hotel Diamond in Kazanlak was easy to find and located just across a round-a-bout from the Historical and Archeological Museum. They have a private parking garage under the hotel and also some reserved spots on the street in front of the hotel, so parking was easy and SECURE. The staff was GREAT! The room was clean and comfortable and I slept very well. I was in Kazanlak ten years ago, traveling through the Balkins by bus and Kazanlak was one of my favorite cities in Bulgaria and it remains that after my recent visit. If I return to Bulgaria and Kazanlak, I would definitely stay here again.

No bell boy to help with the luggage, but there’s a lift, so not a big hindrance.

Clean, comfortable, well furnished room with large bed that could accommodate two adults and 6year old kid. The amenities are high quality. The room is air conditioned. The hotel offers a free parking and has a lift as well. Superb location.

Underground garage is not usable. There are only two parking spots for hotel and basically it is only one because it is impossible to park two cars.

Very nice hotel and big rooms. There was a private jacuzzi in the room. Stuff was nice. The hotel is on the main street and you can get to most places within 10 minutes of walk.

Our room had a wet shower, although the drainage was good. Be careful getting off the elevator as there are stairs immediately adjacent.

Very clean, comfortable beds, VERY close to places of interest to tourists. The room had a balcony with seating that we used a lot. Wifi was strong and consistent. Hotel staff friendly and helpful and offered to make a very nice breakfast for a fair price. Loved having windows that open. Working hair dryer.

The staff were very hospitable. Everything in the design, to the smallest detail, was perfectly matching and corresponded to the 'diamond' in the hotel's name. The places of interest in the town are within walking distance

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotless and our rooms were amazing - large rooms, large, comfortable beds, and two balconies. Free parking was included and the hotel is perfectly situated in the town center. There are also plenty of places to visit within driving distance. Breakfast is not included in the price but there was an excellent choice at good prices and freshly prepared.

We longed for a cup of tea. Crazy maybe but no tea/coffee making facilities in the room or cold drinks in minibar (COVID-19 measures apparently). Parking tricky and taxi Needed for decent restaurants. But I am being picky here.

The suite was fantastic, staff lovely and central location perfect for seeing the town. Comfortable, giant bed and amazing bathroom with double jacuzzi bath and bidet.. Unusually for Bulgaria everything worked perfectly!
