The air condition in the room was not working properly and instead of cold air (although I set the option "cool"), it was blowing very hot air. Inside the room it was like a sauna...

The hotel is very well situated in the center of Dobrich, close to the most places of culture and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms - very clean and cozy. There is a restaurant where you only can have breakfast.

The only complaint we have was the room was far too hot for us! We were told that it wasn't possible to turn it down or off as it was a central system switched on for winter! the staff was really good and tried to help us by giving us a Fan but unfortunately we were unable to use the room during the day as it was still far too hot witch was such a shame.

The Breakfast was excellent and and Peter who looked after us couldn't have done more ,in fact all the staff receptionist, waitress, and cleaners were all great.The location was great for us.. central for really good places to eat and walking distance to Local market and a wonderful Central Park.

Since many foreign nationals stay at the hotel and need parking place, Parking signs should be in English Language or Multilingual. Otherwise customers may spend long time to be able to find a suitable place to park.. Thank You

The hotel is very clean, staff are polite and helpful. Located in the Dobrich City Centre. The breakfast is very rich and assorted. My gratitude is extended to Irena the Receptionist who has good English. Strongly Recommended

Breakfast...only took coffee in the end..there was nothing enticing The way night receptionist handled a fairly ease to deal with complaint.. I was expecting a free drink at least..instradamento the answer I got was this: " ........... ", so..no word!😅

Didn't notice anything really annoying. Hard to suggest something to improve.

Breakfats was OK. Location in the very center of the city. Very convenient of finishing my tasks as I had had some work ith institutions that are all located in the center or near the center. The coffe at the lobby was great. For some reason I enjoyed very much citing at the lobby having coffe with friends and relatives.

The elevator was not very practical because the doors close too quickly and you have to keep pressing the button! It is not ideal for people with prams or wheel chairs. We just used the stairs. The rooms were a little dim and not bright.

Great location, the rooms were large and spacious. The maids brought clean towels daily and topped up the mini bar and the toiletries. There is somebody at the reception 24 hours which is good.

Dobrich has seen better days. Pedestrian pathways and roads are broken around the town centre.

The staff were fantastic. Everything we asked for was provided with a smile. They went out of their way to make us happy.

The a bit weak air conditioning.

The staff was very very polite, the breakfast was good. Only small minus was that our room was on fifth floor and the air conditioning was weak for the outside temperatures and it was a bit warm in the room. They change towels and make the beds every day.
