Shower isolation could be a bit better, since water always spread to the rest of the floor beyond the shower cabin- it did dry quickly though. Some of us would have appreciated the option for larger coffee cups with breakfast - coffee was good but came in small cups. Also, while breakfasts were excellent, it would be good to check with guests on their preferences beforehand since there is no choice offered and some guests may have specific dislikes (not our case, just noting this as a suggestion for the future). All these issues were minor and do not take away from the fantastic experience we had staying here.

The rooms were great, comfortable, large, beautifully decorated and with amazing sea views. They had all amenities, including small kitchens and a well stocked minibar. Cocktails we had by the pool were very good. The hosts were kind and attentive. Delicious home-made breakfasts delivered to the rooms each day. We really enjoyed our stay and warmly recommend this location.

Wonderful! We had apartment at ground floor. Spacious, clean, nice design, fully equipped, magnificient view. Breakfast was served every morning on our table. Each day different, homemade and very tasty. Complex has a small swimming pool, terrace with sunbeds and magnificient view. Owners are friendly and kind. Bamboo beach is 5 min walk. There is paid section with umbrellas and beds and unpaid section. Larger beach is 15 min walk. Old town of Sozopol is 2,5 km. Below the complex is a stony beach, access by private staircase. Parking is limited, but can be in place nearby. Ideal place for quiet and relaxing vacation - a couple or family with small kids.

Everything was amazing and we would love to come back.

Good location in a quiet area on the hills with lovely views. 10 min away by walk to a main commercial street with many shops and restaurants and there is also the central beach in Sozopol. 20 min away by walk to the beautiful Old Town. We mainly enjoyed the small beach 100 meters away from the hotel. It is a wild, small beach with sand and stones, protected from the winds. Breakfast was very satisfying and different every day, sweet and savoury. The kitchen in the flat is fully equipped if you want to prepare some food and we did so. There are also restaurants nearby and we enjoyed the local fish place to take away opposite L'idl. There is small supermarket, bakery and café 3 min away and L'idl if you want to do some big shopping. The hosts are very nice, warm people and we definitely recommend Dolphin Bay. (:

The apartments are new, furnished to a high standard and had everything you could need. Views are amazing and the apartment had 2 balconies. Breakfast was incredibly tasty, homemade and brought to the apartment. Hosts were also wonderful and friendly. Pool and perfect. Location is a 5 minute drive to Sozopol town and there are so many beaches nearby to choose from. Personal favourite was Driver’s Beach which was a 10 minute drive, not commercialized at all so no sun loungers or umbrellas, which if you like that, is perfect 👌

Lovely new hotel in the new part of the city. The rooms were very spacious and well decorated, breakfast was served on the balcony of our room every morning so we could enjoy the sea view. Loved it, definitely coming back!

Probably the best place to stay in Sozopol, especially if you are looking for something away from the crowds. Brand new, stylish, quiet with breathtaking views. You can spend hours on the balcony! Hosted by amazing people going above and beyond to make you feel amazing! Breakfast is delicious! Homemade food served in the room, so you can enjoy it on the balcony. The salty water pool is a must!!! Really good Greek restaurant nearby recommended by the host. Thank you for everything! We will definitely visit you again!

It's not really a negative thing but what can be improved: Toilet paper was not replenished during our stay, no hair dryer, no paper towels in the kitchen, if the upstairs neighbours were using the kitchen hood, all the smell came back in our room, luckily they were cooking nice smelling foods.

The breakfast was great and different each day. The view from the windows/balcony was mesmerizing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The water in front of the complex is perfect for snorkeling/scuba dive (the owner will happily invite you to go). Also the pool was very very nice. The closest beach (Bamboo Beach) is at 5 minutes of walking. The services also include a mini bar in the apartment, with plenty of options (and with great prices) and also there is a bar downstairs, at the pool, where the owners will prepare cocktails or serve other drinks. They have 2 parking spots at the complex, but they do have few reserved spots in a private parking lot that is monitored 24/7 (for free), 7-8 minutes of walking. All in all it was a great trip and for sure we will come back next year.

A brand new hotel with amazing views. Excellent service from the owners and their staff. Homemade breakfasts. Beach is super close (a small wild one about 100m away and a big standard beach with a beach restaurant about 200m from the hotel). The kids loved the pool. Will come back for sure.
