My first room was a bit noisy because of the airco that didn't work. My second room was great. Hilton hotels are universal hotels that you could find everywhere around the world. You don't feel a 'local touch'.

A girl named Nikol from the reception. She was acting like my questions and requests were something terrible and not appropriate. On the top of that my mother saw her making faces behind my back. I understand cause she is young girl, obviously without experience but the culture of attitude is important.

Everything was so clean, organised and I experienced a lot of pressure.

There wasn't anything really that I didn't like but if I have to mention something it would be that one of the coffee machines wasn't working one morning at breakfast. the other one was in order plus you get nice Esspresso machine in your room

Great hotel, very good location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Nice bathrooms and big towels. Lobby bar was very good ,decent breakfast, Staff was very helpful too. Would recommend.

Hotel is new, rooms are clean and comfortable, car parking is great opportunity in the city center. The restaurant is also very good.

Staff should pay more attention to notes. I requested two rooms next to each other when I book, but it didn’t get arranged. The rooms where even not on the same floor.

Nice hotel 10 min walk from the old town, welcoming staff and a free warm cookie on arrive. Clean well appointed room modern room. Spa and gym included in the rate, the Gym had a good selection of high end equipment and the spa consisted of a steam room and sauna with chillout area and offered massages. Breakfast was the best I have had in Bulgaria so far. good selection with an egg station.

It was a little noisy for my taste, but my wife and child were ok with that. The room was with the front towards the intersection. It was like every motorcycle and tuned cars were passing only through that intersection.🫣

The spa area is great - clean and spacious enough. The gym is well equipped. Breakfast - rich, service - excellent. I have no comments. Excellent presentation of this hotel.

Excellent location, in the central part of the town, near to the main shopping street and different sightseeing. Very kind and polite staff. Delicious food in the Italian restaurant. Small, but cozy and clean spa area with all nessesary amendities. There is a fitness center with new gym equipment.

There was no massage therapist working on the day we were there, which was a shame as we would have used the service. Although we had received an email to say there would be a charge for our pet, the amount was not mentioned in the email. Having expected 20/30 leva, we were a little surprised that it was 100 leva. That said, she was welcomed and well looked after.

A lovely, comfortable room. The bed and linens were perfect, the shower room was great with good quality fittings and lovely toiletries. It was peaceful and relaxing. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony and view and our cat was catered for beautifully, with a little bed, toy and dishes provided. Mikael at the front desk was particularly helpful and friendly. The location is good, there was a good choice for breakfast and the parking garage very useful.
