- you need to make a pre reservation for the international restaurants , the places are limited and food quantity is limited in the speciality restaurants ( asian ) - alcoholic drinks are just simple local drinks , no famous brands - gym is basically a small room

The cleaning of pools were bad, especially, for Aquapark for kids. Parking area was good but paying for parking was certainly nonsense since this parking area belongs to this hotel.

The hotel has perfect location. The facilities and meals were almost satisfying. The most important detail for us parking area and we can say that the hotel is big and also the parking area is big.

The water in the swimming pools was ICE COLD! Only few brave people went for swimming, and most of the time the pools was empty. The beach was fantastic, the sea was 24 Celsius, but during 7 days it wasn't avalaible even 1 sunbed. The management need to focus on that, because it was plenty of empty sunbeds around the swimming pools. Shoud transfer couple of sunbeds to the beach. Generally the staff was nice, but we'didn't like one of the Chef de Rang behavior and attitude. His name was Dylan or Dyan i didn't see very well the name. He served us at the Moment Lobby bar, and a Sea legs bar. He asked " What you want"? - In a very rude way. He never smilied, was very unfriendly, always angry, and in a bad mood. Beside this the skills was low, he made a terrible cappuccino for us. We booked the a table for Sea side Restaurant on 03.09.2023 . We ordered 2 glasses of red wine, its came it was very warm.We'didn't drink. The starters and Desserts was nice. For main course we ask the waitress, Is it possible to order Salmon with no Curry? We don't like curry at all. She came back and said yes. The Chef said no problem. Than came the Main courses , Salmon was full with curry and it was Curry sauce was on the side. Than we went for take some desserts but it was no spoons for Tiramisu and Panacotta. We're dipappointed about the service.

Fantastic Hotel, the room was nice and very clean. Our Room maid Fatime was excellent, smiling every day and greeting to us, she cared of us. The Food was excellent, very wide selection, and very tasty. The drinks was also super, the best bartenders was Kristina and Anna. They worked very fast and very efficiently. I like the Application, you ordered what you need, and you can book a table for the A' la carte Restaurant.Overally we'really enjoyed our stay.

We had experiences of other rude guests pushing in the the food queues etc but we just put it down to their culture. It would be nice if the staff served guests based on who had been waiting the longest and if they didn't allow guests to push in and be rude.

The reviews we read prior to coming were nothing like our experience. Everything was great. The food was wonderful, hotel was immaculate, pools were great and the entertainments team work so hard. We would definitely return.

Everything was perfect for a family, very clean and a lot of activities for kids, the diversity of restaurants. If you want to go and just relax with your family , this is the perfect place.

The drinks served at the pool bar were not so good, lot of sugar and poor quality of alcohol. Food was acceptable but not so tasty. Many variety of dishes including pizza and pasta for kids.

Clean and spacious rooms with beautiful sea view. Many pools where kids were also allowed. The pools were cleaned every morning. You could find free sunbeds at every hour.Variety of restaurants, also Bulgarian and Asian with prior reservation.

Everyting was perfect, cocktail, food, wine, hotel beach is not so far away (included beach bar where you can take lunch and drinks). Main street of Sunny beach is only 15 min by walking. Rooms are big, beds was comfortably, to get up at 10 floor you can use only 2 (middle) elevators from 6, but there are no problem to get at 9 floor at any elevators and get up by stairs at 10 floor.

Amazing and quiet place. Beautiful, clean swimming pools. Slides and private beach - great. Nice bar in the water :) Very tasty food with varied extent of choice (e.g pizza, pasta, fruits, salads, cakes, cheese, wine, ice creams and so on). Spacious and very clean room with nice balcony (give our best to the cleaning ladies). Entertainment on a high level (especially dance shows). Very nice staff. Nice mini shop at the hotel. Watersports like jet ski on the beach (extra paid). We are going to visit the hotel again.

Not all the staff knew English, but we managed. The beach is a bit far, I think it took us about 15-20 minutes to arrive the hotel beach, the beach is a bit small for the size of the hotel. Many people went to the beach at 7 in the morning and placed their towels on the deckchair, then left and came back at 10-11. There are a lot of uneducated people, a child peed in the hotel garden, next to the deckchairs by the pool (I think he could use a toilet, he was about 10 years old), some people don't keep their waiting lines. The food is not very good, you can find something that you like, it is varied, many dishes, the lunch and dinner are actually the problematic ones, we preferred restaurants with specifics (Asian, Bulgarian and Italian). I don't know if we will come back, basically because of the food.

The hotel is very nice, big, enough elevators, many pools and it is clean. In the room I had a beach bag with towels (prepared by the hotel). Breakfast is good. The hotel's specific restaurants (Asian, Bulgarian and Italian) which are part of the all-inclusive regime, the food is better. The preferred club areas are good to avoid the multitude of uneducated people, preferred club areas are quieter and with educated people, at least when we stayed. Our child felt very well, he liked it a lot.

Only one bar during the day, the beach was very far and without a proper bar/restaurant. Also for a resort all inclusive was unbelievable to don’t have water every day in the room or In the resort (we received only when we left money in the room with a written message). The parking is very expensive and too small for such a big resort.

The reservation for the theme(Bulgarish,Chineese and the other) restaurants is impossible.We could not eat any meal in Chineese restaurant during our stay.The reservations system does not work well.By the way,preferred customers area is completely bad idea.It is ridiculous to make a class difference in a place of entertainment.It is not allowed to sit on some places of the restaurant and pools.Out of these 2 points,everything was perfect.

Excellent services for the price that was paid. All personnel is very well trained, I felt pampered beyond words. The rooms are big, TVs are big, view is amazing. Very, very clean.

Pool water was cold the first two days. Food was ok but most of the time tasteless. I don't usually have big expectations from all inclusive food, but considering the price, i dared to expect food with a bit more taste. Big disappointment was the fact that we were unable to book a spot for the special restaurants. Unknowingly we went in the morning of our last night to reserve a spot for the evening and unfortunately we were met with availability after two days, everything being booked already. I expected if this was the case, we could have been at least being told in advanced that we need to make reservations with at least two days in advance instead of having to wait in line with a toddler for nothing.

The room was delightful, the view was amazing, the fact that we were at the 9th floor was a big plus. Staff was also great, really enjoyed the kids entertainers. really nice and fun people. The pool variety was nice.

It was amazing! The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The minibar had popular refreshments ( Coca cola , fanta , sprite , schweeps) , local beer and local water .It was refilled during our stay. The food was diverse , fresh and very good ! You had a variety to choose from at every meal. You are able to eat either outside on the terrace or inside at one of many tables ( they even had tables for larger groups as well ). The entertainments was nice, the team handling those events put a great deal of effort in creating and performing those nightly events. The cocktails from the bar were nice , and made with international alcoholic beverages. The surroundings of the hotel are nice , as you can walk along the beach and sit on one of the benches that face the sea. It is true that you have to walk about 5 minutes to get to the beach reserved by the hotel, but its a nice walk and worth it . There are enough sunbeds for everyone , we neved had an issue with finding a sunbed at the beach no matter the hour. If you don’t feel like walking to the beach you can also sit by one of many pools that they have. The water in them was nice , the area was clean and there is also a mini waterpark with a few slides and also a pool destined for kids where they also have some slides and other activities . I recommend this hotel. Everything was really nice and we had a very pleasant stay.
