Food was not very tasty but that might be a personal opinion! Some flies were on the fruits which indicated they weren't replaced from breakfast/lunch and overall it wasn't very pleasing for a 5 star hotel. (our stay was a bit off season, but still we expected more)

The first 2 rows at beach were available just contra cost. Beach bar kind of far away Comparing to the other pools, water at the baby pool was the coolest, I dont know why 🧐

Nothing to criticize. Maybe a suggestion for 2 bottles of water/juice in the minibar, as we are 2 persons in the room.

5 star stay, things only got better since last year. Large, clean room, Fragonard cosmetics, change of towels daily. All meals were good, with new plates compared to last year. Wide variety of meat, fish and vegetables. Everything was clean, waiters very efficient, kind and helpful receptionist and bell boy.

The hotel is new and very modern looking, both on the outside and on the inside. Next to it, is the old hotel that belongs to the same resort. The old one has in-door and out-door pools that you can use regardless of which hotel you choose to stay. The new hotel (the one in this review) also has a cool roof-top pool with a bar. In front of the outside pool is the beach, where you can stay freely from the third row towards the hotel (towards the sea you have to pay).

There is no refrigerator in the room, just mini cooler. The indoor children's club opening hours are very limited. The aquapark is closing also very early before 18p.m.

The location is great, the rooms are large and clean. The food was good and delicious. The staff in the restaurant is very responsive and keep the restaurant clean.

Poor and almost unexisting entertainment at the pool. The stage was empty most of the evenings. The pool bar was too small and unpleasant decorated for a 5 star hotel, only paper recipients for wine, beverages and coffee. The children's area was closed entirely.

We had a very pleasant holiday. At checkin we reveived a pleasant surprise: a free upgrade for our room, a deluxe apartment which was perfect for our needs, as we have a 3 years old kid.

The food exceeded our expectations. Fresh, tasty and various. Very big rooms and clean. The only minus is the pool bar, which is very weak in services. And the drinks can be improved. In the rest, keep going like this because , for a family holiday, you are some great hosts.

Very good location, 2’ from the beach, close to all attractions and stores. Very clean, comfortable. Big rooms, big terrace. The food was good and very varied. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

The pools weren't heated and for this reason couldn't be enjoyed till late afternoon (especially for babies). Not necessarily "Ultra All Inclusive". Example: there are two bars at the pool, out of which only one can be used (from ~ 10:00 to 18:00). The lobby bar closes at 01:00. There are some intervals during day when you cannot find snacks or something to eat.

Modern and spacious rooms - big plus. Very good value for money.

The height of the hallways and the spaciousness of the room where the reception and the bar work. The red wine should be served at 12 - 15 degrees. I noticed that the bartender and the restaurant manager didn't know that and my request seems to be a curiosity for them. But I appreciated that in the next day they putted apart a bottle at a better temperature.

I liked most of the things of the offer: the room and it's facilities, the food and the the service in general.

It was beyond my expectations, very clean, comfortable, an excellent room. It even had a smart TV that included a few streaming apps (Netflix, prime, disney). The buffet was very good, with a lot of options,it was even ok for us, as vegans. It would be nice to see some dedicated meals for vegans, some desserts, and have maybe a cook or the chief of staff of the day, walk a bit through the guests and check if all is ok (someone that speaks English well) - it would go better with the 5 star conditions the hotel is providing. Albena is also very nice, definitely recommend.
