A great mineral outdoor swimming pool which is kept warm all the time. Food choice is reasonable for breakfast. Rooms are cosy. Lots of parking space available outside.

Breakfast was varied and delicious. It's hard to take your eyes off the mountain view that opens from the restaurant. It was beautiful. It is certainly a suitable place for a romantic dinner with your partner. The staff are polite and kind.

No luggage racks in room, had to open suitcases on floor, no chair or table in room, no hooks to hang robes and towels in bathroom. Plastic plants in room, the hotel is so nice that the plants should be real.

The geothermal pool, the breakfast, and very comfortable bed. It seemed like a new property…. Very nice

The hotel isn't that big so the SPA area wasn't as big too. The sauna wasn't very hot but the other facilities were fine. We ordered some cocktails at the pool but it took ages for them to be served. The included breakfast had frozen pizza and frozen banitsa in the offerings which I haven't seen before in upmarket hotels. We decided to have a dinner in the hotel restaurant which was a mistake. Lots of people who weren't guests of the hotel, was crowded, lots of toddlers running around with no separate place for kids. Food was ok but prices felt steep for what was offered. We waited for the food far too long for such a small restaurant.

The hotel facilitities were decent and fairly new. Don't have complaints about the room. Bed was on the firm side but that's subjective.

Almost no wifi connection in our room. There was good connection in the rest of the hotel. Probably a router reset needed.

Clean and really stylish look. Amazing breakfast. Friendly girl at breakfast who makes high quality coffee. The Spa is really the best. We were alone in Spa 9-10h. 40 degree swimming pool outside.

We had to ask to the swimming pool to be turned on and even then it never got really warm (I appreciate its probably expensive to run so didn't complain about it) no body lotion in the bathroom. Pillows were too soft for my liking but I know this is personal choice.

The hotel is very comfortable, warm, clean and it has a nice restaurant. It's all renovated and everything feels quite new and well cared for. The restaurant is nice yet a bit overpriced. Breakfast was prepared with care. Location is good if you want to go to the hot springs. The supermarket is about 30 mins walk.

While my stay at this hotel was delightful, I couldn't help but think that the addition of a gym would make it even better. I believe that including a well-equipped gym would further enhance the overall experience for guests, ensuring that they have everything they need for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Card cancelled exactly at 12:00 for check out, be careful not to forget something in your room, as you have to go to reception to re-enter the room. Massage could be better. There were electronic cigarettes smokers in the spa, and we had to make an argument so as someone to make them stop.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Everything was beyond exceptional, as this was the cleanest hotel we have ever been to. All of our expectations were met, there was nothing missing. Everything was being cleaned on a daily basis and the cleaning staff even folded our clothes in the room, which was delightful. The spa was excellent, the outdoor pool was warm. The food in the restaurant is also very good. The included breakfast in our rate plan was also very versatile, there was something for everyone. Wi-Fi was available everywhere in the hotel. Overall, we had an amazing experience and we would recommend it to everyone.

If there is an option for lighter blankets in the rooms, that would be awesome. Even with the AC turned off, it was quite hot in our room.

Overall the stay was 10/10. The facilities were clean. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice. The breakfast had a variety of foods. The staff is very polite and helpful.

In my opinion, It would be better for the breakfast to start a bit earlier - 7:00-7:30, rather than 8:00 (was on a business trip, so had to leave the hotel earlier, wasn't useful for me). Nevertheless, stayed for the breakfast, which was very good.

Was checked-in before the usual time, which was very nice. The personnel was friendly, useful and professional. Liked the room, the food was great. The spa was ok.

Water pressure in the bath is a bit low and the bed is a bit hard.

mineral water affects white gold bracelet. food should be served in warm plates. a bit pricier than other hotels, but those weren't spa's

nice pool area, spa, and especially massage was very good. Good breakfast, wide variety. good beds, nice view from the room. Red Wine small bottle wasn't cold (often happened during our trip in Bulgaria when asking for a glass)
