The location is great, practically in the heart of the city, at walking distance to the old town part and the roman archaeological sites. Also few minutes to the Kapana quarter, i. e. to the restaurants and bars district.

Drain smell comes from somewhere in bathroom but It's not big issue to me.

A lot of amenities in the room and two bottle of water, great location and very clean.

The only thing is can be a little noise when the bars nearby are closing but not to loud you can't sleep so don't let it put you off.

The room was very well presented, a 3 minute walk from Kapana which is perfect for night time. The bathroom was pristine and very beautiful with essentials provided, hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, cotton buds, and shower caps. The beds were comfortable and again very cute with a separate duvet on each side (so you don't have to share if you're with a duvet hogger). The staff members were extremely helpful. The parking on the street we panicked as we had no change, but the gentleman on the reception desk was extremely helpful. We checked in at 4am with no problems at all with the code that was provided and the key was ready for collection.

The staff were very welcoming, helpful with all my enquires and together with the room cleaners, make a great team. The hotel location is excellent, close to all the old town sites to walk to as well as restaurants and shops, but very quiet. Highly recommended.

The best place to stay in Plovdiv. Very good location, clean and nice hotel, very close to the Banicka place that is the only thing you can eat before 9 AM :)

There was no free parking during the day and I couldn’t figure out how to pay for parking! Would be good to have had this info in advance. Also reception closes at 7:30 and instructions were sent to booking.com which I couldn’t access without WiFi. WhatsApp would have solved the problem. Not sure why this option wasn’t used. There was no phone number that was accepting calls when we arrived at 11.45 pm which was a big problem. Luckily a guest at the hotel helped us.

Our room and bathroom were both spacious, sparkling clean, and very comfortable. The hotel looks brand new. It's situated adjacent to Plovdiv's main walking street, a perfect location to explore the town! The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed being able to park our car in front of the hotel. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. Look no further. This place is fantastic.

Very new and comfortable and large rooms. Like 5 star boutique hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. In the heart of Old Plovdiv. You can park fron of hotel in Blue Zone by 2 Levs per hour.

An only bed hotel which meets every needs

The shower floor is polished marble and is treacherous and slippery. There is no handrail for the front steps entering the hotel. It would be lovely if breakfast was offered.

This is a newly renovated, family-owned hotel. The rooms are gorgeous with comfortable chairs and quality bedding. The pillows are down feathers. The mattress is firm but still comfortable for side sleepers. There is a mini fridge and electric kettle in the room. Two water bottles are provided daily and there is filtered water in the lobby. Excellent hot water and water pressure. The front desk staff are great and speak excellent English. They even helped organize a private car and driver to take me to North Macedonia. The location is fabulous....steps away from the Roman stadium and a few blocks to the plethora of restaurants in Kapana.

My stay was too short!

I just found my new favourite place to stay in Plovdiv! Exceptionally clean, with very friendly lady at the reception in a superb location. If you appreciate a clean and cozy environment, coupled with great hospitality at an affordable cost, I wholeheartedly recommend you give this hidden gem a try. You won't be disappointed!
