A bit far from the city center and train station. The open concept of the shower results in water everywhere, making it inconvenient to walk into the bathroom later.

Spacious rooms with comfy bed; TV has channels in numerous languages; basic, yet diverse breakfast. There is a grocery shop near by. Some rooms have spectacular view on the mountains.

The shower hose and head were broken, but they fixed it within 15 minutes. So that is a positive.

Poor water pressure. Shower was warm at best. Poor lighting. Lack of available power sockets. WiFi dropped out 4 times. A little road noise even with window closed. Breakfast was particularly dire.

Clean and comfortable room. Modern fittings. Large flat screen TV with cable. Good sized balcony.

Breakfast was lousy. Everthing includung coffee and scrambeled eggs was cold. No tea. Juices must have been a hundred years old.

There are many things to be desired for the cleanliness - there were ants in the room and fungus on the walls of the bathroom, the toilet pot was not sanitized.

The hotel is very near to the Hospital of the city, if you need accommodation for visiting the hostpital, the location is great. The premises and the furniture are excellent. Free wifi is at acceptable quality. As for the money, the hotel is very good.

Located on one of the main roads, but easy to reach and underground parking available free of charge. Walking distance to the city center. Nice and comfy room, friendly owners, basic but fresh and good breakfast.

Family Hotel but the familys i saw where Looking Not Happy. staff could bei friendlier and more fluent in english. breakfast was included, but nothing Special. It is okay if you miss it.

Very dirty, very bad hygiene. Around 12.30 am there was a lot of yelling and a fight between the staff and some guests about their room right in front of our room which of course woke us up. The fight stopped and resumed again a few times which of course woke us up a few times. Also for the first time in my life we had to leave our room key before exiting the facilities and then collect them from the reception area when we came back. Very very shady place, I do not recommend it.

The location was fair, nothing else. There was a very good traditional BG restaurant close by. The city center is about 15-20 minutes away on foot.

The advertised spa bath does not work ,just a bathtub. The staff were not polite.. The bed had hard wire lumps,hard to sleep in,caused pains.

1. There was a leak in the bathroom and the floor was wet all the time. One could not use the toilet without getting wet. 2. The door of the room could not be locked from the inside. 3. The breakfast was awful - products of the lowest possible quality. We had to go out and eat.

Western price and not Western quality. Not clean, needed renovated, uncomfortable beds, chipped furniture. Toilet leaked over the floor, dirty bathroom. Unsafe balcony if travelling with children. Disgusting breakfast. It was hard to pick something to eat and for a country noted for it's good fresh fruit and vegetables they were of an appalling quality. Poor choice of drinks and cold coffee. Avoid this place.

It was very cold when I arrived and it was very slow to heat. Then in the morning there was no water to shower as they turn the heating off at 9am

Everything is repaired and glued together. On the picture I showed live wires stripped where is the switch. The pillow covers have holes. The lamp pole cover is coming off... The inside doors are rotten. Breakfast is disgusting and all cold including the coffee...
