The host should put some slippers convenient for the shower they have.

We liked the location, clean air and from our room a great view on the city. It was warm in the room and clean. Maybe the host should put some plastic slippers for the bathroom because of the shower, but all in all, we were very pleased with everything.

We stayed only one night, so I can't say much, but even so, I can say that the rooms were nice and very large which could accommodate more people than the room was made for. We also enjoyed the view from the balcony.

Bed was so comfortable! We arrived late and checked out early to catch a flight but the little time we spent there was good. Very clean with a lovely helpful lady on reception. Small balcony and spacious double room! Would return. Parking right outside the premises.

Restaurant has been closed since COVID and not likely to reopen anytime soon. They should update their profile to avoid misleading people. Beware - this establishment does not take credit cards. Cash only. There is an ATM nearby.

Near the hotel are so many homeless dogs, you need to be cearful if you enter the hotel in night shift. If you come with taxi it's not problem, if you come with public transport (night shift) the closest bus station is 200 m.and you need to be cearful.

The room was clean big and comfortable. We even had a balcony. Everyone is very helpful. If you don't have a car, you might need to use taxi to get there. In the morning we wanted to get to subway but something was wrong and taxis were not coming so the owner of tha place drove us there, it was extremely sweet. 10/10 recommended. Just keep in mind you might have to pay in cash

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Diana. Room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the mountain. Is quiet and close to transport, there is also parking available. The receptionist was very helpful and easy to talk to with a positive attitude and smile. Overall very happy with the hotel, location and staff and would love to stay again in the future.

First, they saved us. We ordered other room and the host did not show up, and we looked for a room in 9 pm. When we arrived to the hotel they were extermly friendly and improved our day significally. We used the hotel for our stay in Sofia. We had a car and there is free parking of the hotel and near the hotel. There are several big supermarkets near by (like 1km), one of them was opened till midnight. To get to the city we took the car to James Bourchier park and ride. We left the car there and took the metro. This was very convinent. The paradise mall is also very close. We got two rooms in the hotel, they were good and very clean. Thanks

I recommend to change from cash payment to payment by terminal. Then the hotel can charge those who smoke in the rooms, sine the hotel is non-smoking. It is not possible to air out cigarette smoke by venting the room. Strict rules here would lift the quality of the hotel. In many countries, even Ukraine, there is a warning about smoking about a fee if you do. If someone does this, one deducts money from their card. With only cash payment, this is not possible. And cash payment is expensive for the customer too, from extra fees. Rise the price a little to cost of a payment terminal.

Very friendly personell and very clean. Nice rooms with great view over Sofia. Very close to the lift and bus to the Vitosha mountain.

We arrived out of season and with Covid conditions still prevail so the restaurant was not yet open for beakfast or evening meal. However there are a number of great restaurants nearby so all good.

very poor fire safety in the whole building - no smoke detectors, fire exits etc… and naked wires close to bed at the same time also guests smoke in the “family room” as obvious from the smell

the family room was huge, could easily fit three more people. Staff was friendly and welcoming and the view of Sofia from the balcony just awesome
