The curtain don't cover all the window I had to make my own bed, in a hostel I don't have issue with that but it's an hotel! 1 plug is out the wall The light in the bathroom don't work all the time, you have to play with the button between light and AC

- pretty basic furtniture and facilities, especially give a relatively high price - the room was not that clean (dust behind the coffee table etc)

- an amazing view on the lake; a possibility of renting water sports equipment - tranquility - no other hotels, villas etc around - extremely polite and helpful staff, incl the owner

No real complaints, the rooms are basic but have everything you need. The WiFi could have been better.

The hotel is nestled in the hills surrounding the water, with the garden leading directly down to the shore. The grounds were filled with exotic birds - you truly feel as though you've escaped. The food at the restaurant is fantastic and fresh, everything from the purlenkas to the fish to the morning mekitsi was delicious. Waking up to a gorgeous view of the water is worth the drive to the hotel.

In the description of the room there was a room view mentioned as a feature but the room didn't have a view, it was looking to the backrayrd where the hotel kitchen was. So perhaps I would recommend better descriptions of the various rooms, so they can meet the guests expectations. The bathroom was really tiny, but for a short stay was ok. The restaurant could diversify a bit more the menu.

Excellent location with amazing view. So may things to see around, hiking or by car. Seemed perfect for kids because of the big garden. It was quite remote so the hotel restaurant was very handy.

Stairs up to room hard with small cases and could benefit from a lamp in room but had to really find something negative 😉

The location is amazing, absolutely stunning. Really somewhere to treasure and enjoy. The rooms were clean, beds relatively comfy, and quiet at night although it was early season and not many guests. Food nice, they even made something for our vegan friend. We were blessed with great weather. Location to Utroba cave and medieval bridge is perfect. Drive in is stunning also. Super grounds and watersports in season. Perfect for families with lovely play areas. Will definitely go back with family and friends one day soon. Mehmet and family are just lovely. 😊👌

The place is one of a kind, the view can simply leave you speechless. The rooms are great, the service is on point. Has a lot of cool birds walking around the garden.

The location is simply AMAZING! The hotel has a restaurant which serves good food. The room was big and breakfast included for a really good price. Great value for money. I will come back for sure if I'm in the area!!!!

Lovely place, amazing location, quiet and magical. It was absolutely worth it! The rooms were clean, there was AC, the only thing was that you should take a shower earlier in the afternoon because if you wait until the evening there might not be any hot water left. That wasn’t much of a problem especially in the hot summer weather so I would totally recommend the hotel if you are looking for a weekend getaway in nature.

Overall welcoming and customer service level at the restaurant need improvement. Our room had a back yard view despite the description that all rooms have lake view. Bed and pillows were not very comfy. Have on mind there is no shop nearby.

Lovation is good for relaxation if you are looking for a city getaway or you are into fishing. Other than that there is nothing else to do around the place (personal view).

I don't like the food. It was more fast food and there were very little offer for a vegetarian.

They should hire a cook. There was nothing in the menu that i could give to my baby. There were no soups and everything was fried. Very disappointed. Also it was really hot there and the humidity was very high, i could not breath there. I would not visit again at the summer for sure, if i ever visit at all.

The view was amazing. There were a lot of birds, which was quite amuzing, and the garden was well maintained.

they have wrote to us that they will not be at the property at 23.00. and we were 20' away... we had to drive to kardjali and look for another room at 23.30. reservation was made a cople of days prior to arrival so there is no excuse for such behavior. stay away

The spring beds are not that comfortable. Bathing (the bathroom is tiny) was quite a challenge, because the light was not working. My room was overlooking the dam (just over the restaurant terrace) - so great view but despite the fact that the restaurant closes at 2300, there were some loud guests who went on drinking and talking loud until 0200 in the morning, which made falling asleep quite hard.

crowded with day visitors on our first day so dinner was a test of patience. much better on our next two days.

Beautiful location on a huge beautiful lake ! Great location for fishing or hiking or exploring the terrain.
