The Internet was weak. The room where we stayed, the bathroom was broken (the shower 🚿)

The location is excellent, close to the beach and the markets. The staff was very pleasant. The food was delicious.

Room was not clean when we got there and Has not been cleaned during our stay, towels changed only twice through the week. Food (breakfasts) was really bad, AC basically just mixing the air but not cooling it.

Close to the best beach and good restaurants.

There are no parking spots. Airconditioner was loud and rattling all the time. Wi-Fi was not good enough (Only about 3-4 mb/s) and had to rely on paid 4G instead.

Good location with a 5 min walk to the beach. Food was good even though the breakfast was more or less the same every morning, the dinner had good variety. The staff was helpful and offered us the best they could to fulfil our needs so we can have acess to a room with good wi fi and a view.

The price was a little bit higher for the room and the type of food they provide, no parking although it is given that they have it, we had to pay extra for parking.

Great for families traveling with pets, friendly staff, close to the beach.

The room wasn’t cleaned. We were refused dinner after 20:00 hrs. The air-conditioner was not working properly, and, after I complained and asked for another room with working air-conditioner, I was assured it will be fixed. After we returned from the beach, it was still not working.

The hotel is well located between the new and old town Sozopol.

Toilet unacceptable dirty however wrapped with sanitary bag advising it has been disinfected. Floor was filfy as well as bunch of hair stuck on feet the second you walk out of bathroom. Lift out of order. Breakfast is good however milk for coffee is payable. Size of room is good and is fairly new. Fridge a bit rusty but works for cooling some water.

The towels had stains on them and they were smelling strange even tho they seemed to be put by cleaning ladies. Sofa was extremely not comfortable! The pillows had stains as well and they didn’t change our towels in the room we needed to ask.. they didn’t leave any extra toilet paper and the phone in the room was not working for us to call reception. we need to go down to complain and request whatever we needed. receptionist also was too slow there was always queue to talk to her. I would say it’s ok if you will stay 1-2 nights only and you want somewhere but definitely not more than that ! and the price to its value doesn’t match but for 3 people we didn’t pay that much so at least this was ok

In front of hotel on the street was lines designed for parking. I was surprised to see a car moved from the parking . I ask the receptionist why they take the cars from front of the hotel and the reply was that the lines designed on the street was remained from last year, now it is prohibited to let the car. The place where you can let the car it was 500 meter distance from hotel. They should sent the girl from reception for an english course. Very hard to comunicate with her. The other girl met when we left the hotel has a good english.

The staff seemed like they did not care about anything. The cleaning ladies were not doing their job properly and they only changed out sheets and towels once for the whole 7 day stay which ia outrageous. Staff at the bar and restaurant were rude and at times there was no one there to serve you for up to 10 minutes, which is a lot considering you can't get food or drinks on your own for some reason, even tho it's not an a la carte... The room we were in on the last floor had a very low ceiling which gives a pretty claustrophobic vibe and we were not warned about that, even tho there were no pictures of that room on either their website or here. The floors were made of very very old tiles that were cracked and made a terribly annoying sound with each step . Atleast it had a large balcony with a nice view of the city and the sea, yet it had not been renovated or cleaned for the past 40 or so years. The food was the cheapest available with very little diversity and they didn't even re-fill anything, so if you go to dinner late for example, there is a good chance you won't have much of a choice and only the worst dishes will be left. Overall the hotel gives out a very strong vibe of being very cheap and the ownera are trying their best to cut every single cent possible for the sake of quality. We had a very dissapointing stay. The hotel does not meet the expectation for a 180 leva a night property. In my opinion it deserves no more than 50 for this kind of service.

Just the location, nothing else. Not worth the money at all for just that.

I have taken half board menu that means breakfast and lunch instead of All inclusive. The Hilarious thing is after the breakfast time they don't give a Coffee, tea and even water and they will tell as we are a pink tag holder. Its better to take a Apartment which is very good in sozopol. When I asked them whether they have a good WiFi in rooms they said we have good connection. Yes they have only in the restaurant and reception not in our rooms they have cheated me on this.
