The breakfast wasn't very rich in choice and only one coffee was included. I expected to have a coffee machine that we could use for top up or that a second coffee wouldn't have to be charged. Also the rooms had small fridges, but they had nothing in them - a couple of bottles of water and some nuts or breakfast bars that could be charged to the room would have been nice.

The location was great, the room was clean the air-conditioning was really good and when we asked for additional blankets, we received them.

We only stayed one night . If we had been staying longer we're sure that the fact that the shower head didnt work, would have soon been rectified. Everything is their concern. Kt is a good place to stay.

The room was very comfortable. We didn't have enough pillows, but they were soon brought to us with a smile. Help was given, when needed. Internet access is good. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful

Very poor ventilation. Only a tiny portion of the window could open, so there was virtually no fresh air in the room. I tried to keep windows, door and bathroom open at all times but there was still a faint, humid smell. Some mold in the bathroom. There is a restaurant and when there is an event, they will play music until late.

Spacious, clean room. Comfortable beds. Staff at reception was kind and nice. They stored my luggage for me after check out. For the price I paid it was good.

Hotel without private parking. The surrounding streets are full of parked cars and it is very difficult to find parking. Breakfast with limited choice, no hot dishes but tasty and filling. Bathroom without enclosed cabin with shower. There is water everywhere after showering.

Hotel close to the beach, the harbour and the old town with its streets and restaurants.

I didn't find it that cozy and welcoming. Some of the furniture and the bathrooms were old.

The hotel is nice if you need a place to leave your luggage and sleep.

The hotel is very well situated near the center of the city and the main attractions. The room was spacious and had everything I needed.

The breakfast buffet was disappointing, with little choice. However, the price was good for the room alone and one can top up on breakfast at nearby cafes, The windows are obscured by mesh, probably to keep pigeons at bay, but this limited the view.

Our room was a good size and the en-suite was also good. The location is very good, convenient for the city centre, bus and train stations and not far from the Sea Park and beaches.

Unfortunately the other room we booked was not that good - air-conditioning was on the floor and didn't seem to work properly but was OK. The bed was very uncomfortable - got the feeling that it would break any minute. The biggest problem was the humidity (for me).

We booked two rooms. The first room was very good - working air-conditioning, big windows (from top to bottom) but none could be opened, comfortable beds, good bathroom. Good thing is that there is a parking behind, which is great for the city center! Good idea is to tell them in advance about the parking because it is small. Best thing is the location! Top location - beach is near, sea garden also, city center is very close!

Bathroom was in a little need of repair. Was super clean and functional but shower drains backed up a bit on the floor causing a large puddle which took a little while to drain.

Breakfast was good, considering it was morning after old years eve. Parking facility was excellent had to pay daily extra but convenience couldn't be beaten, parking fee was very cheap. Easy to access centre on foot.

The included breakfast is between 8 and 10 am. Although we went to have our breakfasts at 9.30, most of the food was already eaten and we had to make do with the few items left. Still we were full and the staff was helpful.

Very nice big room. Comfortable beds. Nice staff. A lot more than what I expected from this cute family hotel. Parking is difficult in the neighbourhood but they offer a paid parking option. Wonderful.

The parking lot is a little too far. The elevator did not work in the morning, but it was not a problem for the 2 levels we had to go up.
