I am struggling to think of a problem and I suppose it's only parking but there is free parking not far away if you can find a space.

What is not too like, everything was perfect, really enjoyed our visit and had everything we needed.

This hotel is in an excellent location. I was very impressed by the beautiful room. It has everything a guest requires. The staff have manners that are impeccable and the breakfast was amazing. This hotel is a must if you stay in Plovdiv. It is 100mtrs from the Theatre in Old Town. I will definitely stay again.....

Excellent staff and attention to detail. No effort was spared to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Staff went above and beyond to deliver on the fantastic breakfast and went out of their way to pick up some medicine for my partner when he fell ill late on one of the evenings of our stay. Thoroughly recommended.

The town Plovdiv is great, the hotel and location is amazing but it is a real challenge to get a taxi there even for the staff. I would not recommend to go to the place where such basic need as taxi is a problem.

Everything was perfect.

Everything about the property was unique and a delight. Boris, Alexander and Vasil(?) were great hosts and the rooms dept. were so kind and professional. Made our stay amazing. Highly, highly recommend. Slept with the windows open, quiet... and all of Plovdiv at our doorstep... Old Town and the Arts District. Looking forward to their next property.

The standard breakfast, although delicious, was selection of small bruschetta followed by toast topped with pancake layer and jam. Too much bread, not much of the choices.

The location in the heart of the Old Town is perfect. Cozy, home-like atmosphere in the hotel - great. Attitude and friendliness of the staff - amazing. We checked-in at 23:00 tired and grouchy - Receptionist Alex made it all a great experience. We have been taken care of in smallest details, even with late drinks selections.

Maybe the room could have been slightly larger. Biggest peeve I had was CNN (or any news for that matter) being on during breakfast time, especially considering it was discussing war and death. Not very appetizing. I would recommend maybe just some quiet music or nothing at all.

The food was great. The room was comfortable as well as the amenities (shower etc). The staff were amazing and very helpful in every regard.

Nothing at all, perfect

Absolutely perfect, from the very first second to the last. The staff was lovely, picked us up from the door and walked us through the different features of the hotel and the room. The room itself was close to perfection, everything was beautiful, clean, luxurious, functional, well chosen. There was literally nothing that could be better. Breakfast was to die for, probably the first time in our lives a chef prepared a special custom made breakfast with a menu and everything. Amazing stay, would definitely come back

A cozy art place in the heart of old Plovdiv - Hotel Gallery 37 is the perfect opportunity to experience a rich palette of emotions. Paintings by Bulgarian artists greeted us at the entrance, but also accompanied us up the road to the room, which embraces warm coziness and measured luxury. In addition to the refined taste with which everything is harmoniously combined and the exclusive collection of paintings that make you feel like a fairytale character, the hotel and the room play light jazz music that one could turn off by pressing a key similar to those , which turn on the lights. Cleanliness and hygiene are impressive. Breakfast - one of the pleasures for the senses and especially for those who appreciate food and pay attention to detail and taste. The attitude of the people who welcomed us there was warm and last but not least you can see how responsibly and friendly they are to their guests. Thank you for everything, Gallery 37! The hotel is a beautiful pearl that can easily be found on the back of the Academy of Music and Dance and stays in the heart forever!
