Room was comfy and clean with a huge bed and a good shower. It was very peaceful . There were good breakfast options. Staff were friendly and courteous. This is a small boutique hotel right in the Old Town.

No restaurant for dinner but plenty of local options. Staircase/handrail not great for those a little unsteady on their feet.

Hotel hidden away - the staff found us! Vehicle access is restricted (we had not known that) but it made parking easy.

Nestled in the heart of Old Plovdiv, this hotel is a gem with its beautifully refurbished building. The rooms are spacious and tranquil, offering everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread is outstanding, featuring a delightful blend of traditional dishes and delectable bruschette. Moreover, the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Easy parking in the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located for sightseeing in Plovdiv. It is on top of a small hill that is very easy to get to and only a 1 minute walk away from the ancient amphitheatre. The staff are kind and took care of us very well, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the view of the church next door and found it very peaceful. There is a good selection of Bulgarian wines in their collection. We had a wonderful stay overall and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was a magical experience. A recently restored building at the heart of Plovdiv's breathtaking old town, a few steps away from the astonishing amphitheatre of Philippopolis, this hotel is simply unique, a thing of beauty. Our room was a lovely mini king, with a very comfortable bed, AC, minibar and original art, which can be seen throughout the building. The old town is extremely quiet at night too. The signature breakfast was excellent and original. A special mention must go to the reception team: helpful, attentive, friendly. We had some excellent recommendations of restaurants and bars to try. Such a memorable stay Thank you!

It’s a nice small boutique hotel very close to the Roman amphitheater. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and it wasn’t noisy at night. The staff were really helpful, and made a restaurant booking for us. There’s also a nice courtyard where you can have a drink, read a book etc.

There wasn’t anything we disliked. I think the breakfast experience could be even better with a cappuccino from a good espresso machine :)

The hotel is an old completely renovated building. Very clean rooms, well equipped, with enormious bed. excellent service. Special thanks for the breakfast, it was just amaizing made with a lot of taste.

The room was relatively small, but that's because it is in an old building. As someone who uses a walking stick, I would have felt safer on the stairs with a proper banister rail. Driving up to the hotel, and parking, are both something of an adventure - the streets are very narrow and very bumpy at the top of the Old Town.

The breakfast was spectacularly good - you have to choose the night before because things are freshly baked. The spinach quiches and the croissants were excellent! The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The staff were exceptionally helpful.

Superb location, fabulous gourmet breakfast option, classical building with an elegant timeless decor. It's a gem in Bulgaria's crown. Vasil, the concierge, was a true gentleman and offered to help with anything we needed. He's a real asset to the establishment.

Very nice hotel with unique character. The breakfast should be ordered the day before but it was of very good quality. The staff is very helpful and responsive

We couldn’t find anything to dislike.

My husband and I loved everything about the property itself, but it was the staff that made it a truly amazing place to stay. We were only there for one night but will return every time we are in Bulgaria and recommend it to anyone traveling in the area. It is located right next to two beautiful churches, which is an added bonus.

The main light switch was a bit faulty.

The room, although small, looked great and the bed was extremely comfortable! The breakfast was a wonderful experience too.
