Paying for the sun beds on the beach. No option for early check in. Wifi in some restaurants didn't work.

The apartment was spacious. The exterior of the hotel marvellous. A lot of options to eat. You can arrange transport on the hotel reception. Clean beach. Clean pools, variety of pools and places to hang out.

Cleanliness of the towels could be better. Mirror could be renewed because it was quite visibly I ld. Poor drainage in the bath tub - it was blocked before we arrived. The double duvet was too small for the double bed - we had to request another one!

Lots of free parking spaces Great service at check in - very informative . Concierge took our bags to and from our room. Good Wi-Fi Good TV Comfortable bed AC in both rooms Bathroom was clean in general. Iron available in the room. Room came with fridge, oven, stove top, kettle, microwave and all the utensils. The receptionist was available over the phone as we needed an extra duvet. We didn’t try any board so cannot comment on the quality of food.

buffet is a 3 star hotel buffet not a 5 star! plus, you need to buy all the beverages regardless if you have 1/2 board or all inclusive. i ve never experienced that before with all my travels to over 65 countries world wide! 🤷‍♂️

lovely big pool. hard core gym fit three gym buffs, not a boutique gym. yet, you have to put $12 fir towel deposit. 🤷‍♂️

The food was very good. We had an amazing sea view. It is very well suited for families with children in strollers as the access to the beach is via elevators.

Food at italian restaurant is just quicly prepared food, no italian taste, more like a cantine. The furniture in the apartments is not in the best shape, however there is all you could need for a vacation. Maybe the entire hotel would need some small maintenance works, so the tourists would not observe some obvious deficiencies. Staff is not quite friendly nor distant. I assume everyone was waiting for the season ending.

Excellent location, nice outdoor design, superb garden. Convenient access to the seaside. Quiet place, excellent for families. Lots of restaurants around nearby marina with good food, at walking distance, however one should be in a good shape to climb the road by the beach. Prices over medium. Having a car at disposal would make life easier for visiting nearby points of interest. Some of the staff were speaking English, especially the young generation. We may come back in the next season. However, I've noticed other nearby properties that could have better prices on the end season and closer to the restaurants within the marina.

the bedsheets didn’t get changed during our stay and overall the room didn’t get cleaned very well. there is no baby pool (10 cm deep)

The desert was extremely sweet. And that's too bad, cause otherwise it would be quite good. Everything else was alright.

Great complex, nice apartment (not luxury, but still good), good food for an all inclusive Bulgarian resort, nice pools and very good landscape / gardening. Also, small but wonderful beach, clean sea water with soft entrance, perfect for kids. We will come back !

Pricey for the value. The main places in Vlas are 20 min by walking. Old furniture. Bulgarian staff was frowned.

Ukrainian waiters were kind and smiling. Delicious food in the hotel restaurant.

Externally overpriced. The prices are aimed at Swiss bankers, with quality of service from East European country. I am originally from Bulgaria and I can verify that the prices are not accurate for the quality. Moreover, the hotel is 4 starts worth.

The shower is on a platform, as high as an usual bath tub, yet only about 30 cm deep. I am unsure if this was supposed to be a bath tub? The hair dryer was very old and melted on the inside and would turn off after overheating. The air conditioner was leaking on the bed.

Beautiful complex with flowers, ponds and pools. The beach is clean and well maintained with umbrellas for rent and free space too. The buffet has a lot of variety and there are other restaurants too.

The only part that didn't fit to the standard were the elevators, all of them. Though we didn't experience any incident, none of them sounded or felt safe during the movement. Also, none of them had functional sensors, and twice kids were almost caught from the elevator doors. Also, those at the reception could be more polite. They offered all information, but never smiled or showed any positivity towards the guests.

The apartment was large, clean, and with all neccessary amenties (fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, ACs in every room, etc). Service was great (i.e. towels changed every day of our stay). All of the eight pools were clean and well-maintained, same the rest of the areas. There were plenty of green spaces, all very well-kept. The three restaurants had a variety of choices and delicious food. The beach was convenient and free. The supermarket inside the complex, though small, had plenty of choices on all basics. Parking was free, including a large underground one. The free "golf carts" were a great help with the luggage in such a large complex. Also, it was very quiet in general, with no high music or noise. All these with decent price. Overall, a great experience for both us adults and the kids.

The remote controller for one of our ACs was not working, but we were able to operate it, pressing the buttons directly on the unit. The sofa bed was not very comfortable.

The resort is very nice, with lots of flowers and trees. We never felt the need to go outside the complex, and we never got bored. The room was equipped with everything we needed. The beach is small but very clean and only with sand, no stones or seashells. The breakfast and dinner were both very tasty with plenty of options for vegetarians as well. I liked that they served icecream, the kids were very happy about that.
