Everything was perfect.

Stylish, clean, center, free-parking, big house, coffee machine, iron, hair dryer..so many things.. Just like home. i used to stay another apartment but surely i will stay here whenever i come to Plovdiv.

Since there is a washing machine in the apartment, it would be nice to have a rack to put up clothes to dry. We couldn't see one but decided not to bother the hosts as it wasn't a big deal. If you are staying for longer and may be doing lots of laundry, you may want to ask for something to use to dry your clothes. Also, there's currently a construction going on outside the building that could get loud during the day, but since we were mostly out exploring, it didn't bother us. Overall, we loved everything about the apartment!

A comfortable and pleasantly decorated apartment in an excellent location! Once you arrive, it looks like you are no where near the center, but you actually are. You get a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the city center. If you don't mind a short walk, you can cross the pedestrian bridge over the Maritza river and get to Kapana Creative District, Glavnata (main pedestrian street), Old Town, and everything else around the city center. There's plenty of restaurants nearby without having to cross the bridge, though. The apartment is spacious and my friends only wished that they could stay longer. Fast Internet and a spacious bathroom, too.

Hard to think of any cons! Maybe that there is no dryer? I can't remember if it specified that the second bed was a sofa bed...which doesn't leave much other sitting room, but it was fine!

It was very modern and nicely decorated. The location is great--just a short walk over a bridge to get to a main shopping area with food. Plovdiv itself is a great town; my son says he wants to live there! The property was clean and comfortable.

There was a problem with the lift which made it difficult for my mother to get up the stairs. When I notified the lady about the problem she moved her very quickly into one of their other apartments. Clean and tidy in a great location. No downsides and very recommended.

The flat is centrally located and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very responsive and accommodated our requests for an early check-in and for using the dedicated parking spot for a bit longer. Would visit again and recommend!

The apartment on the 1st floor is more than enough for a family of three. Modern decorated, fully equipped, warm (we stayed beginning of February) and cosy. The best quality though was the owner, Mira! So helpful, understanding and polite! I would definitely recommend this accommodation!

One of the best properties we have stayed in! The apartment had everything we needed, it was clean, cozy and comfortable. The location was also perfect! The host gave us detailed instructions on how to find the place and where to find a parking spot. We will definitely visit again! :)

Stunning interior which was comfortable, spotless with many nice extra touches we didn't expect. Mira was friendly and spoke perfect English. Only a 7 minute walk across a foot bridge to the Kapana area. Everything you want to see is in walking distance. We'll be back.

We did not need AC in the bedroom now because it wasn't that hot, but this would be a problem during the summer - AC is in the living room but, when you close the door for privacy, bedroom can't be cooled down.

I slept in the living room, and I found the fridge a bit noisy. The boiler from the bathroom was also noisy during the night when it decided it was time to boil some water. It woke me up and also bothered my wife, who was sleeping in the bedroom with our toddler.

Nice, modern and clean apartment, close to the old center. Mira, the owner, came just to see where I could park the car, because the places she showed me in the pictures were occupied. Overall a very nice accommodation. I recommend it.

The coffee machine needs a cycle with decalcifier, it was stuck but I found a way to make it work.

Great location, next to the pedestrian bridge, in 10 minutes walk you will be in the city center of Plovdiv. The apartment is very quiet, private. The bed is comfortable, with many pillows. There is a nice balcony with chairs to relax/smoke outside. The kitchen was well equipped
