The carpets in the room could be better cleaned. The colors of the carpets do not really assist the cleaning personnel in pointing out all the hair that lays on the carpet. Nothing major, but any hair in the room seem to be a sticking on the heels of the white slippers that you provide with the room

Hotel has a modern feel to it. Room was spacious. Lighting was well implemented. Most of the staff at the reception were eager to help. Value for money a Great choice!

The lobby reaks of cigarettes and cheap air freshener as everyone smokes right outside the rotating doors at the entrsnce. The parking is around back and not clearly labeled when visiting the hotel for the first time.

The rooms are large and clean. The breakfast is excellent, although also fairly expensive for what it is.

The air conditioning was not working properly, we couldn't sleep well due to this temperature issue we were sweating during our sleep, very inconvenience situation. We took this up with the reception to check but they couldn't do much due to climate control problem. Please pay more attention to the room temperature and the receptionist can be friendlier in the future, especially the female employees can be beter.

I do not appreciate it when I am approaching to the reception desk and the lady working there sees me and turns her head and just goes away... more than once! Luckily there are more person sitting there at the reception. Should not be happening at such a expansive hotel.

Bad service in reception and spa, rude. (Pickolo and staff next to the taxi + room service were very serviceminded). The pool comes for an extra cost. Very expensive. Very bad! Specially with kids you pay a lot of money and you can only use the pool for two hours a day. We were told to get fruit basket + sparkling and we called two days for it. Nobody came and nobody told us no. They said okey and nothing happened.

Navigating the hotel was confusing, the lifts don’t all go up to the hotel rooms and the spa is accessed via a different lift. The outside of the hotel looks a little dated.

Waiting for an elevator sometimes took longer than expected. I wish the hotel would’ve been closer to the heart of the city.

The breakfast was fantastic! The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The entire decor was fabulous, even the scent of the hotel was fantastic.

If you book the hotel through Booking.com they charge you 40 leva a night for parking,it is free only if you book it over their own website. So if you stay there for longer periods it gets expensive.

A very nice hotel, which I visited before.The rooms are big and sunny, the beds are comfortable and the restaurants are great. I would stay again there.

Everything was very good. Not much else to add in particular. Room size and view were very impressive, and so was the quality of the furniture and the finishing materials.

- Rude reception lady that doesn’t even know what should be in the suits upon arrival of the guests. Tried to shake me off. It may be also just local specific as I experienced similar in other places. Don’t hold any bad feelings, but urge others to be firm and calm in what you want - The room wasn’t clean for our arrival - Breakfast is ok, but frankly it’s not 5* experience. Maybe 4*. I’d recommend to have it at least once and then decide. - Spa was average. Good if you want to relax a bit, but sauna, especially the Finnish one was a disaster from many perspectives. I would recommend to hire someone from Finland to check it out and redo

- The suite was spacious and good quality furniture - The view gave a few options and since we were on 23rd floor we could see the whole city, and the mountain - Very comfortable bed. I usually have issues sleeping in hotels but this time I slept like a baby

Not enough tea making sachets. There was one English breakfast tea sachet, one creamer, considering there are two people staying should have had more. Someone needs to speak to housekeeping.
