We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FinlandThere were only about 10 to 15 parking places at the hotel, where, as free parking was promised. I was lucky that somebody just left and I got the last spot, but parking was not comfortable at the hotel. Also, there were no sun beds at the beach and which is not normal for a beach side hotel
All food in the all inclusive was good. Selection was big. There was plenty of space in the restaurant and also outside. I had a balcony into the sea which was very nice. The staff Was very helpful.

RomaniaThe elevators are only two and very small so you have to wait sometimes, more than 10 minutes if you are lazy :) The staff is nice, only in one evening the manager from the kitchen at 21:50 was angry when we ordered some drinks (maybe because she was tired and the servings are only until 22:00 pm)
The food was really good. The drinks not, but the food no comment. It is placed perfect, with front beach.

RomaniaThe food was not very good and was the same every day:Peas, fried potatoes, 1 or 2 kind of meat with some sauce, 1-2 soup, a lot of cakes (but different colours same taste).The beer is 3/4 water. The juice are water + colorants! The pool is very small! The restaurant is also very small and we stay a lot to a long line!
The fruits are fresh - apple, peach, nectarine, red melon, plums, grapes. In some night we found baclava!!! The coffee is very good it's made from beans!!!! The room was clean, even the furniture is a little old! The towels are changed at 2 days and the sheets in 7 nights were changed once. The wifi is ok! There was every where masks and desinfectants! The beach is near hotel at 2 minutes, there is a paid one with 4.5 leva the umbrela and 4.5 the beach bed, and another free where you go with your sheets. The sand is very fine and the water is good.

Very nice sea view. The food was good and diversified. Various type of drinks alcoholics and non alcoholics. Very spacios room. The staff was very friendly and helpfully. He helped with luggages and to find another parking for the other car, because the hotel has limited parking spaces. 2 minutes from the beach. The beach was very clean. I suggest to change money at ATM instead of local exchanges.

IrelandThere were some staff with either too little training or too little interest. Little to no entertainment in the evenings. Very little space to lounge outside. If you don't like heights or waiting in lifts then it wouldn't be for you.
Some of the staff were very good. The food was excellent especially the omelettes. You can get tea and coffee all day long machines stay on all day.. The choice of food was pretty good and so was the location. Great value for money.

United KingdomLots of things I didn’t like! 1 - the car parking … you CANNOT offer hundreds of rooms and ONLY 10 park spaces!!!!! 10!!! We had to spend extra money for parking, and the hotel's offer says there are spaces! lie! it's all - first come, first served! 2 - the facility…… very old hotel, especially the bathrooms….👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 The owner of the hotel needs to think a little bit of doing some repairing!!! 3 - small lobby bar with as cheapest alcohol as possible… 4 - small, very small pool that can't fit everyone. They are lucky that the beach is 2 steps away.

RomaniaThe air conditioning didn't work. The hotel staf did nothing to repair the air conditioning system. The hotel doesn't have a parking. For 25 Leva/day, they can find parking on the nearby hotels. The bathroom smell owfull from the sour. No mosquito mesh on the balcony door. As result during the night either: - sleep into a bad odour room and almost die due to the heat, or - leave the balcony door open and have some fresh cold air and become the feast for mosquito during the night.
