Definitely not 5 star hotel. Spa is relevantly small for such big hotel - there`s a lot of space but hasn`t been deisgned properly. Bathroom height was ineadequate - I`m 1.9m and barely could stand upright. Restaurant doesn`r have enough tables for such big hotel either.

Room was very spacious with great terrace with fantastic view towards the dam. Hotel lobby is nice and has good bar and fireplace. A lot of fun for kids. Breakfast was also good.

The hotel is located in great area. The rooms are small also the bathrooms. The hotel has been renovated, but not completely successful in some parts. The food was quite good and various. The views from the spa are fabulous.

I liked the location, the overall design of the hotel, modern rooms, the presence of two swimming pools (indoor heated pool and outdoor) with nice view. Delicious and varied food, pretty fast internet. Beautiful view and pleasant seating/relax areas in the hotel. It is very convenient that there is a large parking area on site. From the wishes: It would be nice to be able to make tea or coffee during dinner as well.

Overall it was a good stay and we would be back as long as it doesn't get more expensive. Some feedback: the service in the restaurant at dinner was very slow (talking about them bringing our wine and water). The SPA facility should have some type of locker for phones and some other stuff one might have with them and a water dispenser in the SPA itself as one gets quite dehydrated after sauna. The views from the SPA and inside pool were so great, however the windows were quite dirty and killed the view. Our room didn't have a balcony and neither did it have anywhere to dry out swimming suites, which was a bit uncomfortable.

We liked the style of the hotel and the rooms. And the great views. Breakfast was great, dinner was good. It's a very child friendly place.

Small things that could be easily fixed because the hotel is not fully finished. -windows were dirty in the inside pool, which takes away a little bit from the amazing Mountain View -some parts of the hotel are still under construction which might or might not affect your stay. For us it was good

Very polite staff, high quality premises, delicious food. We even received a complimentary wine which was indeed very nice.Decent value for money, would return especially if prices stay the same. I do recommend the place.

Two of the lights were not working. There was a smell in the bathroom. The food was was with very bad taste and there was no free water for the included diner. The fitness they have is room with 3 tools, and everything was over crowded (the dinner tables are almost fully occupied)

The staff was extra helpful, and even though there were some questionable managing decisions, they went the extra mile to cover them. The room was comfortable and very cozy.

The hotel doesn't really show you the view of the dam in the best way. Our bathroom got flooded over the night by the room on top of us and the water was pouring from the ceiling and around the bathroom mirror right next to the hair dryer and the electric socket. The hotel is like one big mase and there are no elevators on all floors. If you want to go to the spa you must pass through the entire hotel. And near the spa the hallway smelled bad.

The interior design in the main hall was nice. The food the in the restaurant was good with different options.

Let’s start with that the hotel isn’t ready to accommodate guests. There are still a lot of finishing repairs and the managers of the hotel must take that into account before ask for an inadequate price per night. We didn’t like nothing, except the kids animation and the location. The working people in the hotel are polite, but without the needed experience for 5star hotel. They don’t know nothing, they are not well informed about the facilities, services, they also cannot respond on basic questions raised by the guests. The water in the internal pools was really cold. It cannot be called resort and spa for me, nothing more than 3 star Grande Vista hotel. The served food was good and delicious, but it was unexpectedly insufficient, you need to check and re-check if they has already served it again, the way of presenting the food was also strange like having jams just above the olives and pancakes just around the fruits. It was a total mess. My family and I definitely don’t recommend visiting that place until something changes in general!

There isn't anything I didn't like. There's so much thought put in everything, it's a pleasure to stay there.

The location is very convenient, if you have a car. It's away from everything loud, it has views of the mountains and the water, it's beautiful.

There is almost no outside area (excl. swimming pool) where you can relax. Rooms are small (we have booked a large one!). Hotel is brand new and still not finished - for example salt room doesn’t work yet. It is not acceptable to pay a price for a 5 stars hotel where some of the facilities are not open. You can also not order a wine, because there are not enough available bottles. So definitely not 5 stars yet.

Great location, a luxury furniture, an exceptional child area and very pleasant staff!
