United KingdomWhat we didn’t like was that the water in the pool was very cold and there was more cold water coming from the bottom of the pool which we personally think that it should be left at a normal temperature so it can warm up due to the hot weather. There are a lot of chemicals inside of the pool which can be smelled except from the chlorine. Having chemicals in the pool is fine due to keeping it clean however a lot of people have sensitive skin and it could badly impact them.
We liked that it was clean. Also the staff was very polite and welcoming . It was very quite which is perfect for a place that has a lot of people around. Overall we are satisfied with the experience we had and we will probably return again.

RomaniaI had expected to found something more clean , the walls were honestly disgusting, the sheets weren’t changed every day or not at all, the variety of food for breakfast has not exist and the location is a little bite far away from the city center but closed to the beach. Also I had appreciated if the hotel would mention that you need to buy the parking space.
I can’t say that I like something in particular because my first impression was this hotel doesn’t deserve 4 stars.

Romania1. Swimming pool looks like it never been cleaned. 2. In the room- Towels are 90 years of age, Bathroom leaking, floor have some stains from previous clients (I guess). 3. the lady from reception are aggressive and really don’t like her job. 4. very far from the beach, when you go to the pool you must to have your own towels as they don’t give you extra towels. I’ve been experiencing 100% modulation of Soviet Union. and it is not 4 star hotel, maybe it was 90 years ago but now I won’t rate it above 2 stars. Honestly I would come back there if someone will pay. Please stay away from that place

United StatesThe air-conditioning did not work and out of the 4 days, we only received the daily maid service of cleaning the bathroom and changing the towels one day. The refrigerator, carpeting and balcony were dirty and the carpeting was old.
The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were clean! We had a family suite for 4 people which was nice and big, and there was a lot of space.

SwedenWe have recently 2023-07-15 been there and it was the worst hotel I have ever been to. The cleaning did not existed. Dont mean to be rude but the cleaning ladys are about 60-70years old and can not clean. The manager was rude when I told her the room is discussing and very dirty, she said I lie and its not true.We did get another room that was a very little bit better. The food is all feom the freezer in to the oven or fryer. We got nuggets and chicken everyday. Breakfast was the poorest one I ever experienced at a “4 star” hotel. The “bar” has almost nothing to offer besides liquor that tastes bad. Finally, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PAY FOT THIS HORROR HOTEL AND SERVICE. Please do not stay here if you like all inclusive and have big vacation hopes.

PolandLimited staff communications skills, the room we've got initially wasn't really properly prepared/checked while we discovered a leak in a bathroom right when entering. We've changed rooms and the 2nd one had pretty much the same issue, while also noisy air con units, we gave up for another move as it was just 4 nights. Very limited food/meals variety, no heating pool, most of the sun beds around were always "reserved" with just towels on it an no people for the most of the day which was annoying making the area hardly accessible

RomaniaA dirty, smelly hotel, stained walls and old furniture. The parking lot is an 11-minute walk from the hotel. And it is paid with 15 leva per day, poorly arranged parking. If you find all-inclusive offers, be careful with the canteen, food and drinks for 2 paise, you won't find anything else. Not to mention the hotel staff who struggle to understand a little English. It does not look at all like in the pictures, if you are looking for a 4-star hotel, do not book here. It doesn't even deserve 3 stars, let alone 4... maybe 2**. (the manager at the hotel is a very rude woman, you can't make any comments to her at the hotel, everything is very good as it is. Otherwise, she's on fire!

It is not a 4 star hotel, rather a 3 star hotel, as services are offered. It needs a complete renovation. Unfortunately, for years the level of hotel services on the Bulgarian coast is constantly decreasing, in parallel prices are rising significantly. The food served in this hotel is not diversified, practically the same 5-6 kinds of cheap dishes are served, after 2-3 days you are already bored of them. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served only at the bar, and only on request (except during the 2 hours when the restaurant is open) and are of mediocre quality. The hotel was quiet, the staff nice, the cleanliness in the rooms was OK. However, I consider that 1000 EUR for a 5-night stay in an apartment for 2 adults and a child is too expensive for the services offered. Note the poor quality and congestion of the road on the sea coast.
