Room was very nice, but somewhat small. And I still had the superior version! But ok for my purpose to have someplace to sleep.

Very helpful staff. Since the hotel is in the city center parking is difficult. If one is to park on the street you need to pay for parking with SMS and that can only be done with a bulgarian phone. Since I don't have one, the staff paid for me and put on my bill. Big thanks! Breakfast was simply but fresh and cooked on order. The location is located at the beginning of the main pedestrian street where you can find most restaurants and bars. Short walking (5min) distance to old, historic city centre. Hotel also has a nice bar with good cocktails.

Breakfast seemed to be one of the highlights based on the pictures and reviews. Unfortunately, due to low occupancy when I was staying (it was a Monday), there was no buffet, so I couldn’t try the breakfast advertised in the pictures. But the staff kindly prepared a standard one for me. Maybe next time!

The location was perfect. The staff were very welcoming especially Mario who was very knowledgeable about the local area and made me feel at home during my two night stay he's a credit to the company, top Man . If ever I'm in this part of the world again I wouldn't hesitate in booking a room in this unique hotel.

Heating from air conditioning which makes the air incredibly dry. No mirror in bedroom, just in bathroom. Quite steep stairs, it can be difficult with large suitcases, there is no elevator.

Excellent location, close to city centre and most of tourist attractions. Friendly staff. Relatively good cosmetics. Breakfast was delicious, great staff prepared coffee, but small number of options to eat. I expected a bit more rich breakfast as hotel price is above average in city, honestly. Still, nothing critical with breakfast.

Absolutely nothing and on finding the parking adjacent to the hotel full the owner came in our car and personally directed us to nearby underground secure parking nearby and then helped with luggage to hotel- really going beyond “ helpful “ for which we are most grateful

Location near to the old town with many restaurants immediate to the hotel, immaculate interior to hotel public areas and our large bedroom with balcony. Excellent bathroom and very comfortable bed made our short stay memorable and would recommend this hotel for staying in Plovdiv at reasonable cost

Not having the budget to stay longer

As it was the last few days of our holiday, we decided to splashed out and stayed here. We were not disspointed. The staff are really helpful and friendly. They recommended some amazing places to eat. The breakfest sets you up for the day. The room was stunning and well insulated from the noise outside. You forget that you are right at the doorstep of the trendy bit of town. Amazing location, old town is literally across the road, loads of places to eat right on your doorstep. Everything is within walking distance. If you are going to treat yourself, this is the place to do it.

Great and pleasant place in the heart of the city. I really enjoyed staying in Coco. comfy bed, hot water and delicious breakfast. The staff was very kind. You have a bus from the bus station directly to there (cost 0.5 euro)

Lovely renovated, extremely clean, very nice and helpful staff, perfectly located! The owner, with great care and attention to detail, has turned a beautiful old house into a charming guest house in one of the best and cosiest spots in Plovdiv. There is no better way to do that! There was some noise from the streets coming through at night, but luckily I had earplugs with me so managed to sleep well.

The location was great - easy access to the shopping streets but also to the old town. The room itself was quite small, but very comfortable. The common areas were beautifully decorated, gave a pleasant and safe impression... I had a few special requests during my stay and the staff was always willing to help me with everything with smiles on their faces. I really appreciated all their efforts to provide me a great stay!
