Very warm and comfortable with an efficient hot shower. Basically that is all you need! A fridge in the room was useful and nice to have a kettle. Luckily we brought our own tea and coffee (though there is nothing to wash the cups up with). This is cute budget accommodation within a comfortable walk to the main resort/night life, yet beautifully quiet. Noticed just the hooting of an owl when we returned late one night. For accommodation so conveniently close to the slopes, and for the price and comfort, I recommend.

There isn't much to dislike - we knew the range of facilties before arrival and while they wern't extensive they were great value for money.

The room was very spacious and cosy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The location was a walkable distance from the ski slopes in Borovets, but in a quiet and homley area. Plus there was an incredibly cute cat at the property who was keen to jump into our arms. Overall it was fantastic value for money.

Second time there, and ill be going for more. The place is super cute and it makes for a great getaway type of "cabin".

We went for 1 night so we couldn't really find anything to complain about. The only think that I personally didn't like was that the "nice" restaurants recommended in the small booklet were very expensive even though went out of season. There are some nit picks like: one of the bed lamps didn't work (there is the same on on the other side of the bed so it didn't matter much), and the bathroom door was a little hard to close, but that was it.

For this price (55 bgn a night) we got a small room with double bed, a private bathroom and a small porch (that goes into the garden) with 2 chairs and table, perfect for drinking tea or coffee. It was clean and cosy. There was also a relatively big yard with a BBQ fireplace (you can pay for wood for the fireplace in case you want to cook something) and a bunch of wooden chairs on which we had breakfast in the morning and there was also a swing. All of that is basically in the forest so it was perfect. Parking places were also available even though we came with a bus. There were spoons, teacups, a heating kettle, a small fridge and a hair dryer. All that aside, what we loved most was the location. It was close to the center of Borovets, but also far enough to be in the forest away from the big hotels. The host sent us instructions on how to get to the place and how to get in, which was nice. Bonus: There was a small booklet with services including transport to popular locations like the 7 Rila lakes and others. So in case you missed to book transport to some of these and money isn't a problem for you they have got you covered.

The place were really nice and really feld like being inside of the forest. The garden outside was the best think of the accommodation, small and sweet, which you could find that often in the village. The best part were the host. After missing the last bus from Samorkow, they were really nice and pick us up. 10/10 will definitely recommend!

The hosts Alexander and Fannie are so kind and welcoming, they met us in the airport on time and drove us to the guest house. The room was clean and cozy, and had the essential tools for making sandwiches for the hikes. Nice and warm shower. Amazing balcony to have breakfast and dry your clothes.
