Nothing much really

The staff were so lovely and welcoming. The facilities are great, the thermal pool was amazing after days on the slopes. The restaurant food was tasty too with decent prices. Great location just 10 mins from Bansko resort

Very nice relaxing place to stay. Nice pool with warm water. Nice area to sit by the pool and enjoy a meal and some drinks. The room was comfortable and modern with a big bathroom.

The only thing that was missing was an AC in the room... we were on the top floor and our rooms were pretty warm during the day.

Perfect place to stay to relax and unwind! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms were ready before the check in time! The room, bathroom and all facilities were sparkly clean! Perfect place for kids, the water in the pool was very warm.

Everything was great!

The bungalow that we stayed in had everything we needed - was spacious, clean and had a great outdoor patio with sun beds. We also had a view of the pool outside. The bathroom was large and comfortable. We requested a baby crib and the staff obliged. The food was excellent and we had breakfast, lunch and dinner on the property as a result. The pool wasn’t the biggest, but it was well heated and very relaxing. Overall the atmosphere was amazing, staff were very friendly, and we had a fun family weekend.

Food is good, but could be better. Menu bigger. Room cooling is not quite functional, so in high heat, you might be uncomfortable. The jacuzzi jets were not always functional and the pool opened with a request (this would be useful of you want to keep kids out of it. Limited parking availability outside of curb side on the main street.

Clean, modern, cozy, organised, nice location and staff. The water is perfect temperature, ideal for both adults and kids. Rooms are clean and well organised, with smart TV that you can connect Disney+, HBO Max or Netflix. Cocktails at the pool for a romantic vibe. The restaurant is basic, but offers what you need if you decide to eat there. Can eat at the poolside, so kids continue to play.

The only thing I could think of was that it was very warm in the room, and even turning off the heater and sleeping with open window it remained relatively warm. Of course, this is not a huge issue at all.

Excellent place! Totally worth the price. Bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were new and very clean. Breakfast was nice, only service was a little bit slow. We did not try the pool but it looked great, the other guests enjoyed it. I would recommend it to friends!

Everything was perfect except that the staff didn't inform us that after 22h in the evening, the main entrance is closed and that you can actually open it with your room keys. We were staying a bit outside until we realised that ourselves.

The stuff was hospitable, the food was perfect. The pool was always warm/hot, there was hot water in bathroom all the time and the rooms were warm throughout the whole day. Great stay for the value. They also gave us a baby cot in one of the rooms.

Although the property is excellent, some comfort details are missing, such as a luggage rack and towel bars. Breakfasts are a bit limited in options.

Guest House Wishmore is in excellent condition, clean, well maintained, and well staffed. The evening menu is very good.
