the only downside is that there is no elevator amd its on the 3rd floor, but the ad says there is no elevator, so that was our own fault. the only advise i have is maybe secure the wood that the matress is on with woodglue, because they did vome loose at some point. and maybe add some informatiom about the final cleaning in the advertisement, as we weren’t sure if we had to clean it ourselves. again, this apartment is great!

amazing location and super helpful owner! there was one tiny incident regarding my anxiety, but the owner was very understanding and helpful, out of all the apartments and hotels ive been in, this was the most comfortable stay for me and my anxiety and ocd. the location is amazing and very safe.

The location is perfect. The place was clean and when we entered the ac was on (very welcomed, considering the heat of the day).

The shower is not separate from the rest of the bathroom. There is a small curb in the floor to help contain the water, but the water drains slowly and will splash to the other side anyways. In the summer, it takes about 12 hours for the bathroom floor to fully dry. This deluxe apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there are only stairs. Most of the lights by the stairs are not working, so expect the stairwell to be very dark at night. If you can put up with this, you'll love the apartment.

The location is amazing, close to many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and places to see in Sofia center. The WiFi is fast (but may have some brief connectivity issues at times). The bed is comfortable. The windows offer a great view of the streets and have blackout shades for night. There is an A/C unit in the living rooms that also reaches the bedroom. The kitchen is basic but enough for a quick meal. The unit comes with a washing machine (with detergent pods). And the shower has nice hot water.

If you need an elevator - only stairs and its on the 3/4 floor, no central heating and only one air condition in the living room. This time there was not soap/shampoo in the shower or at least one capsule (detergent) for the washing machine especially when you stay there for few (at the supermarket you can only purchase big boxes or bottles). it will be nice to be supplied by the owners.

It's not my first or the second time in this apartment, I love the location (close to everything), quite and clean.very central and easy access.

The house was in a third floor without elevator, so carrying our suitcases up was quite tiresome (but nothing that two strong women can't do) Decoration could be improved, but that's minimal.

The apartment is located in the heart of the city. We could walk anywhere needed. And it was only a 10min walk until the closest subway to go directly to the airport! The house is 5-10 min walk to the most important places in Sofia like Nacional Gallery and Newsky church, also surrounded by great coffee shops and restaurants. It was a good sized house. Definitely recommend!

This is a great place to stay in Sofia. The apartments are located in the very center. Nice view from the window. The apartment has everything you need: hair dryer, kettle, dishes, stove, microwave, iron, ironing board, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and even a vacuum cleaner😅

Lack of slippers (the floor in the kitchen and toilet is made of tiles and in October it was cold to walk on it, so take your shredded socks with you). The mattress on the bed a little bad.

Everything! Perfect apartment, perfect location- everything is close. Some shops for food, bars, restaurants, Main Street in 5 minutes walking. I really like it! Equipped with all staff (there is tv(smart box), conditioner, all staff for cooking). Very kind and nice owner and lady who met me. Next time for sure I’ll choose this place to stay!
