What makes me most satisfied is that they have Mr. Omar, who is from Milan, Italy. Mr. Omar is a very polite little boy. I didn’t know how to change trains during the itinerary, but he kept using his mobile phone to help me find it. They called a taxi for me and their male manager was also very nice. I hope I can stay in this hotel next time I come.

The double bed room we booked was really just two twins pushed together, with thin and unfitted sheets that come off very easily. Would have been nice to have a few extra facilities in the kitchen, even just tea bags would be good.

Great hostel, lots of shared spaces, both indoor & outdoor. Lovely staff, even though the reception is only open for a few brief hours they are very responsive on whatsapp if you have questions or need help/advice. It is a little far from town, but it is in a beautiful quiet spot, and close to the fortress as well as being connected to lots of bus lines, and Taxi's are cheap!

There was only staff in limited hours, probably because we are out of season, but things worked fine.

Nice central location, charming simple house, kitchen. Cheap. There was water cut in the whole area during my stay but the hostel did what the could to minimize the inconvenience. You can park your car just outside the hostel.

The interns (about three of them from Italy) were friendly but did little to ensure the facility was quiet after about 23:00 p.m. At least half of the hostel guests would be trying to sleep by then. The noise was not super bad but it went past midnight. Most hotels/hostels have "quiet hours" from 22:00 P.M. until 6:00 A.M.

PLENTY of common areas -- MANY of places to hang out -- indoors and outdoors. Not every hostel has such options.

Lovely staff who called a taxi for me on my checkout day. The location is great, the kitchen is fully equipped and the vibes are very home-like. The cat there is adorable and became my sidekick during my stay. My go to place whenever I'm in Veliko Tarnovo

Just about everything at this hostel is awesome! After a string of unpleasant experiences at hostels and guesthouses, this was an absolute blessing. The property is ideally located in the historic centre, it is clean and well-appointed (including numerous hooks, an asset non-travellers don't understand 🤷🏻‍♂️), the staff/volunteers are super friendly and helpful, and overall, the hostel cares about the comfort and well-being of its guests ❤️

Hostel in a traditional building not too far from the center. If you travel by car you can park along the street in front of the property for free. Friendly staff. The room and the shared bathrooms were clean. Each bed was equipped with two sockets (Very important). Bed sheets were included in the price.

Located on a quiet street in a very cozy 19th century traditional house with great outdoor spaces. Easy self-check in procedure. Free street parking. Relaxing atmosphere. Enough hot water. Clean rooms and common spaces. Last but not least - great staff!

Stuff is super friendly and helpful. Every day is cleaned through all rooms and kitchen and toiletts more times a day. Outside is a nice garden, a BBQ and a terasse. I loved the place and will definitively come back.

30 min walk from the bus station. Some of the windows and the mosquito nets need fixing. The equipment is not the most modern, little things like a reading lamp at the beds would already make a big improvement. :)

Cute, cozy and easygoing hostel with a chilled and social vibe, very friendly staff, kitchen available, lockers in the rooms, hot showers, located right next to the fortress. The common area has a fan and is a nice place to rest when it's too hot outside. The staff and the sociability definitely make the place worth staying, I enjoyed it.
