Close to the main street and train station. Good size room and bathroom. Room also had a balcony. The owner was extremely helpful when I had an electrical problem (personal, not a hotel problem) Thankyou. Please get some cat food to help the cats who hand around by the restaurant opposite

Great location, very close to bus and train station and also to the park and main boulevard with cafés and restaurants Staff were very helpful, I was able to get my key and leave my bags in the room at 9am while they cleaned it, and was able to use the room by 11am (luggage storage is also available if the room was still occupied) Room was exceptionally spacious, with a couch & coffee table that had an outlet nearby. Bed also had nearby outlets. Shower was also extremely spacious.

The shower could be modernized a little, and the pillows could be more comfortable (way too soft), but overall nothing else to complain about.

The location is very convenient, 5 minutes walk to the bus station and the city center. The staff was kind and friendly, and the WiFi was very good.

Our first room was not great. The beds were uncomfortable and the shower was slippery. However the staff was extremely accommodating and wanted to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We were moved to a new room with a much better bathroom, and they put extra padding on the beds. I was told they are in the process of upgrading the beds and only the double rooms have the new beds, but the family rooms not yet. The new room was bigger but it did not have a fridge. Wasn't an issue in the winter, we just kept stuff out on the balcony.

The location is excellent. Walking distance to the main pedestrian area with all the shopping and food. Excellent size rooms with balcony. The hotel is 4 stories and there is an elevator. Very clean and well maintained. We didn't see a single bug. The housekeeping lady was very sweet and wouldn't even accept a tip for bringing us extra towels to the room. The whole staff was great. Everyone spoke English. We would absolutely stay again.

There is no option to open window just the whole door to the balcony. Carpet in the room is not the most higiene decision for floor.

The location is great. It is very close to the centre, touristic sights and restaurants. The room was tidy, clean and big. The personnel are super polite especially the guy in the reception. The AC worked OK.

Everything was good.

The room lights could be a bit brighter. The air a bit stuffy, it smelled like someone had been smoking in the room at some point.

Clean spacious rooms. A little balcony with 2 chairs overlooking the parking area and surrounding buildings, but nice. They gave us a 10% discount to the nearest restaurant (less than 5 minutes walk).

The rooms didn't have heaters and neither did the bathroom and on cold weather it gets really cold. We had the AC on the whole night but the carpet and the bathroom were very cold. Another bothering fact was that the AC didn't have the option to close the display and we had light in the room from the AC the whole night. Although we had a bed for our toddler, he usually sleeps with us in bed and the double bed is composed of 2 mattresses so we had to improvise for the space in between them.

The hotel is very clean, it has a nice lobby which had some Christmas decorations. The rooms are big, clean and the hotel is close to the pedestrian area/center.

I requested a room with balcony and when I arived at the hotel we received a very small room without balcony. The lady from Reception told as: "That is! We do not have rooms with balcony for you. " The reservation was made in March, 30 th, 2023.

Location of the hotel is in city center and the area is quiet. You can find parking spots near the hotel (payable, but on Sundays). The suite has a balcony but is small.
