Excellent breakfast and a breathtaking view of ancient agora from the window of my room. The optimal location and convenient access to Plovdiv's major attractions. Kind and friendly staff. Delicate decoration around the room and stairs. Big room for us, very comfortable.

Staff were wonderful. So helpful. Offered us use of umbrellas when rain started unexpectedly one evening. Also sorted a kettle and cups for the room so that we could make a drink during the day. Breakfast was plentiful. Fresh cooked eggs on request. Lovely dining room overlooking Roman remains. Location is perfect. At the edge of the pedestrian area for the main town and a stones throw away from the old town. When we were leaving the staff phoned for a taxi which arrived in a few minutes and was half the price we paid for our incoming taxi ride which we got ourselves at the airport (we were clearly ripped off!!)

The was no elevator and the was room on the fourth floor! Also we specifically order the room facing the ancient ruins and instead got the one facing the busy street. The staff barely knows any English.

The location is stunning, the view from the terrace is amazing - overlooking the ancient Odeon. The hosts are very kind and make you feel at home. Will definitely come back to this hotel

A little traffic noise so you may need ear plugs.

Spacious room with aircon. Breakfast was good with a great view of the Roman Ruins. Well positioned for walks into town.

It was very poor in terms of sweet breakfast how it's liked in Italy, France and Spain. No croissants, no biscuits available. No any option to have no lactose milk or vegetal milks.

Hotel is well located, our room comfortable and spacious. We didn't have cash for parking and the lady at the reception lent us money to pay. Super nice. Reccomended 100%.

The location, customer service, and hotel itself were absolutely outstanding, receiving a perfect 10/10 rating from me. I truly regret not having more time during my travels to extend my stay here. The view of the Odeon was simply breathtaking, and the warmth and kindness displayed by the staff touched my heart. Even with my early departure before breakfast hours, the staff went above and beyond by preparing a special takeaway sandwich just for me. My room was incredibly charming, surpassing all my expectations and more. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience during their travels.

Check-in was terrible! Despite notifying Hotel Odeon of our approximate arrival time, it took 2 phone calls and a 30 minute wait for someone to show up at the reception to check us in. Despite this, there were enough positives about our stay that this didn't affect our overall satisfaction with our stay.

Hotel Odeon provided excellent value! The cost was more than reasonable; our room was clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious, and attractive; breakfast was plentiful; the wifi worked well. The location of the hotel provides good access by foot to points of interest in Plovdiv, and as a bonus, the hotel overlooks ancient ruins.

Absence of elevator - keep in mind that you have to carry your luggage all the way to the last floor on a tiny staircase. Breakfast was very modest, lower than my expectations of it. No free parking available.

The apartment is marvelous - very nice interior design, big windows on the roof. Location is great - right at the city center.
