Towels were very small! No bathmat , floor very slippy in bathroom after shower. No tea and coffee facilities available in the room.

Lovely little hotel on the back streets of town. Nicely furnished, perfectly clean, comfortable beds..Aircon unit used for heat, lovely and warm. Nice breakfast for extra charge. We had the English breakfast which wasnt an English breakfast but continental. 2 fried eggs, toast, ham, cheese, tomato , cucumber, butter, jam, honey. Nice and fresh, filled us up a treat. Nice coffee.

The plaster on the wall damaged in the room , The lady at the reception at the time of your arrival did not make much effort to welcome the guests, The room smelled e lot of of desinfection.

Very good location of the hotel near the center , everything was clean. The hotel really has the atmosphere of old times, It is e pity that the staff does not share this atmosphere

We specifically selected this hotel because the listing showed airport transfers were bookable through the hotel. And when we got there the receptionist made it clear that was not possible. Our flight was early the next morning so that was very difficult to deal with and we would have chosen somewhere else if the listing had been accurate.

The bathroom was very uncomfortable. The sink was barely working. The ceiling was low and it was really hard to take shower. The stream of the shower was too strong and everything was getting wet.

Overall it is a nice and peaceful place to stay. The hotel is located in a great place, close to the center of the town. The room was big. It was quite. The atmosphere was nice.

Unfortunately we couldn't communicate well in English in most of Bulgaria not just with hotel staff.

Hotel was centrally located and perfect for our trip. Breakfast was very good too. Air conditioner and cleanliness were also very good.

Nice place to visit and stay more than one night. It is near the city centre and you can even walk in the mountains from the place. Room was clean, staff nice and helpful. Car park is nearby. Nice yard inside the place.

Frankly nothing

Very noisy and poorly maintained. Dogs barking, people walking constantly on the floors, squeaking floor boards and doors. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable.

The furniture and bathroom were a bit dated, but nontheless comfortable to use and clean. The shower did not have a lot of pressure, but those are minor things. We had a great stay and good nights rest. We would definitely stay here again 👍

Great little hotel with wonderful staff. The rooms are a bit dated but all of them have a wonderful view and for this price you really get value for your money. The location was walking distance from great restaurants, tucked away in a small street next to a river. They provided free parking on site and both our rooms had a private balcony with a stunning view. The rooms are very spacious and provided with all you need for a comfortable stay (including a fridge, tv, good wifi connection, spare blankets and pillows and a cute sitting area). If you book with them directly you get a much better price!

Unfriendly staff. Cold room. We paid for queen bed but got to beds next to each other. There were no restaurant even it supposed to have. We booked it because of that and had to drive around looking where to eat. In the morning we saw they prepared sandwiches for someone but that wasn't offered to us.

Needs a bit of maintenance like all hotels in Bulgaria, but nothing that would ruin your experience. Just some simple plumbing things.

A very cozy hotel with welcoming staff and a very good location and a lovely terrace view (we got the junior suite). Breakfast was a-la-carte. Simple and delicious. The room was very clean. The restaurant across the street serves great food and offers amazing hospitality - it was recommended by the lady at reception and it was 10/10!

The location of the hotel is perfect and within walking distance to the center of Asenovgrad. The setting is idyllic. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was tasty and we ordered sandwich with ham and cheese and French toast with jam.

It was an excellent location to go out and spend day trips in the mountains. The staff was so kind and hospitable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I am so glad I chose this hotel and would recommend it to others.
