Shower does not have any curtains or similar, so when taking the shower in relatively small bathroom it is not very practical. Mosquito net on one of the windows would be useful.

We were staying in a top floor apartment with the see view and nice specious terrace. Room size is great - quite specious! You have a small fridge in the room, big enough for drinks and fruits. An iron and ironing board are in the hallway and always available. There is a small shop (drinks, snacks,...) in the ground floor which can come handy. We booked a parking spot and avoided troubles of looking for a parking spot - at this location it can be stressful! Air-conditioning worked well. Location is great - 2 min to the centre or 5 min to the beach.

I was aware of these aspects prior to booking, but I can say that the only inconveniences are that the hotel has no elevator. Also, one has to climb a lot of stairs to get to the hotel, as many buildings are on the top of a hill and obviously, the beach and the old town are at the sea level :). So... many stairs to climb...

The hotel is situated within walking distance from the old City, the new City and the beach, very close to shops and restaurants and the night life. The owners are very nice and they responded very quickly to our queries. We asked for a parking place and they were able to provide a spot very close to the hotel. Our room, situated at the top floor, was very large, sunny and clean. We had also a large balcony with a splendid view. The cleaning was done daily, and we had the bed sheets and the towels changed once in a 5 nights stay. I would definitely choose this hotel for another stay in Sozopol.

You need to climb a lot of stairs to get from the beach to the hotel. For older people, or people with disabilities it will be very hard.

Very big and clean rooms, beautiful balcony. They offer parking for 8 leva a day next to the hotel which is a blessing because the area is very crowded. Overall it was a great experience and we would come back again here.

The staff is friendly, the location is very good, close to the old town as well as to the beach. Room was big, clean with a side sea view. There is a 5 leva/day parking fee, and it's safe. Good value for money.

The only negative thing is that the hotel is on one top of one really steep street so if you are tired from the beach or dinner it’s a little bit of pain to climb it.

The location of the property is spot on, exactly 5min from the Old Town beach and from the new town beach Harmanite. Our room have an amazing view, we were able to enjoy the sea and Old Town beauty from our terrace. The staff were very friendly and they saved us a parking space just in-front the property door.

This is about as good as things get. The hotel is absolutely exceptional, it's in a perfect location, clean and filled with flowers and prettiness. The owner who served and helped us was absolutely amazing. He answered all of our questions and catered to absolutely all of our needs (and then some). I even asked about parking for my motorbike and he helped me park my bike safely next to the office. Amazing. The room was super roomy and the aircon cold, the view...probably one of the best in Bulgaria. Doesn't get better than this!!
