The light in the bathroom was very rough on the eyes, flashing and non constant. Always bright white, I ended up going to the bathroom and showering with the lights off

We came in and there was no liquid soap in the container. I used my own bar of soap to wash my hands the whole time. Bathroom sink is extremely small, it is impossible to wash your hands or face without splashing water everywhere every single time. Bathroom light is constantly flickering, bed was kinda uncomfortable and mattress was a bit hollow in the middle. There was no cuttlery, not even a spoon to use with the mug to mix in sugar so we didn't use anything at all. No towel to dry the hair. At least a small shared fridge would have been nice.

Location is great. 10/10 location for sure. Bed sheets were clean, there were clean towels, small shampoos and shower gels. There was a kettle and a coffee machine with pods, I didn't use it but someone else might. There are power sockets next to the bed which is convenient. There is hairdryer and iron shared with the other room. Check in and check out was easy and instructions were very clear.

The place was extremely clean. It is in the center and it is easy to find. There were no problems with any of the electronics and we were provided with clean towers and shampoo for the bathroom.

The location is super nice, definetly 10. Right on the main pedestrian street and 1km near almost all attractions. 200 m to the roman stadion site and even on the site literally. It is not laud at all and a lot of fun watching people. The room design is very friendly. You have got everything you need, coffe machine, water cooker, even small plate for cooking and washing machine. Onwer is very friendly and fast reply for all the need, very careful for the guests. We would like to come back to the place next time we visiti plovdiv.

Talk about "room with a view". Not only is the room in top central location but it had super nice homey feel to it. The size is great, with wonderful facilities to keep you going around town by packing light lunch or having leisurely breakfast. Highly recommend it to any visitor.

I thought it was a smoking room (my fault for not looking at the information), but later they sent me insulting messages saying that this is not the 3rd world country you are used to, we have put you on our list and you will never stay in any of our apartments again (I'm sorry, I didn't know this rule, I couldn't see your information message, I said sorry). It's such a shame, I don't understand what kind of rudeness this is. Okay, I understand not including them on their list and that's not a problem at all because it's my fault, but messages full of photos and messages saying "this is Europe, we're not a 3rd world country like you" are extremely unprofessional and, I'm sorry, rude!

Is super small. A little neglected (could use some paint and maintenance). The bed sheets were not clean. It is really uncomfortable to use the sink, everything gets wet when you shower and there is nothing to dry the floor after showering

Well let's start with the fact that there were a few spider webs on the ceiling and the floor was a bit dirty. As we arrived at the property there was no hand soap and we had to wait for it. Now let's talk about the bathroom. If you choose the DELUXE ROOM, well expect it to be no more than a 2 square meters. Another thing that they should fix is the absolute disgusting smell from the pipes.

Very good location. The interior was incredible and we had a wonderful time watching the people from our historical windows.

It is in the heart of the main street in Plovdiv and old city. The view from the room is wonderful and the stuff was so friendly. The room was clean and you have everything you need inside it.
