We went for vacation in the beginning of September and some of the services for kids were not available anymore and this wasn’t mentioned anywhere the moment we made the reservation. We chose this resort especially for the facilities they had for babies and we were very disappointed. The indoor pools (adults, but especially the kids one) are very small for such a large resort.

Everything is new and modern, the rooms are large and very comfortable and the food is good.

There are 2 things which I did not like very much: the food quality and the lack of entertainment for bigger kids. Probably few water sides would make the resort more attractive and fun for families.

Very nice hotel with very good facilities and services. I did not score it a 10 because I believe the food quality is not at a 10 level. The personnel is very nice and helpful .The resort itself is beautiful, with nice gardens and large pools. There is a very nice beach which serves the hotel.Rooms are large and comfortable , very modern .I would recommend the pools or sea view rooms- as the ‘ park view ‘ is not something you would like to see from your window. There is variety in food but not the highest quality.I would say breakfast is the nicest from the 3 meals .Lunch and dinner not very tasty. Deserts are colourful but not very good. Overall a very nice resort, but I would not say best in Bulgaria ( as other said)- there are at least 2 other which are better in my view .

The fact that you are limited to 1 booking for each restaurant during the evening. So, maximum 3 times you can go to a la carte restaurants (which are nicer, compared to the main open buffet).

The Italian restaurant from the complex was the best, followed by the fish restaurant. The steak was also nice. In September is not crowded, so you can have a quiet time even with the kids. Resort on the beach, spacious rooms cleaned every day, comfy beds.

On Friday when we arrived there was a party untill 2:00 AM with very lound music, even though we reported it to the reception nothing happened. Room: First thing that we were suprised it was to find that the balcony was shared with the room next to us, there was no separator available so the kids from the other room would come to our balcony. Also the air cooling was not the best, if we would set it up to 18 degrees it would cool down to 25, we reported this to the reception and no one came to fix it. Pool: It would be good if all pools are heated considering is 5 star hotel, the one that was heated was not the cleanest either and it was the busiest one. Food/Restaurants/Bars: The food is where it came short, the buffet restaurant especially it was quantity over quality, there were many option but the food was not that tasty, fruits and vegtables and sweets were low quality. We were quite dissapointed from the buffet offering, the worst it was Fish restaurent buffet. Defoinetly not a 5 star experience. Also we had on multiple occansions where the staff wouldn't understand us and we would get partial or wrong order.

Room: The room was quite big, I think the rooms on the ground floor are bigger in size than the ones on higher floors. The room was cleaned daily. Pool/Beach Area: The pool area was quite good, but only the kids pool and one additional pool was heated, there were two other pools that were not heated and the water was really cold. The beach area was quite good, the fact that was off season was not crowded and you could find plenty of free sunbeds. Also there were beach towels available at any time of the day. The pools for kids were heated and there were plenty of water slides. Activities/Spa: The gym was quite good and enough equipment to do body weight or cardio. It might be good to have some planned activities for the gym , not sure if is different during peak season. The spa was good as well , but can't say much as we visited it just once. There was also kids club and program for kinds all day long. Food/Restaurants/Bars: We liked the a la carte restaurants, our favorite was the Italian, we tried almost every dish on the menu and everything was great. Drinks were quite good as well, there was plenty of choice including premium achocol.

The best all inclusive hotel I have ever stayed in, family-oriented hotel with high-quality food and services. Main restaurant and also a-la-carte restaurants offer very good and diverse food, vegetarian options to seafood and baby friendly food. Beverages are qualitative, bottled and you find bars everywhere in the complex. It never gets crowded, no matter the hour or the weather. Private beach, well organized and quiet. We were upgraded to a villa for our stay and we really had the best birthday weekend. We will for sure recommend the hotel to our friends and come back soon :) Thank you!

All that beauty is ruined by hoards of running and screaming children - there isn't even one adults only area. Even the main stage is turned into a children disco in the evening?! I went there as a part of my honeymoon as a newly wed and we couldn't enjoy it because the restaurant felt more of a canteen rather than a luxurious space. We went to the SPA one day and left 10 minutes later because some people brought their child and a ball in the salt room (?!) which was the only quiet space. The food is not terrible but very far from great - there is a large choice of mediocre food. It happened twice that the tarator had gone off and the pasta in the Italian restaurant was cooked with frozen mussels and overcooked cocktail shrimp. We waited for 40 minutes for our luggage to be taken down at checkout and in the end the manager of the reception took it down (which was very nice of him). Not enough parking spaces etc etc. I really think the hotel management should re-establish what experience they want to provide - a proper five star one, or a cheap treat for tourists from neighbouring countries who bring their children for free.

Beautiful facility, wonderful spacious rooms with a sea view. Enough sunbeds at the beach and proper all inclusive with good quality drinks (Grey goose vodka for example). All in all, I haven't seen such a beautiful resort in Bulgaria elsewhere.

overall, this is extremely expensive for the region ... yes it's beautiful, no it's not THAT beautiful .. yes the meals are good, but they are nowhere near some other locations where you'd pay something like this (not in BG)

we liked the location, the waves were awesome, the pool was very clean, the drinks were nice (if you talked with the bartenders and got on their good side), the meals were nice as well, and the staff did try to make things nicer (but in some cases they barely understood any English .... so was a bit hard to get to them)

- i dint like the fact that the lunch was scheduled for 18:30 and arrived with a baby i was not let to get something to eat for the child ( not for us ) ( note that i have arrived at 18:23-24) on the bar the same. if arrived 1 minute earlier i was not served ( come on… we are talking about 1-5 minutes

The only drawback I can think of is the pillows- it will be nice to have an option of bigger pillows. Its nothing major- only a small comment to help you improve your services to the clients. Otherwise everything else is perfect

The resort was great- it looks brand new, the room was very spacious. There are lots of facilities- 4-5 swimming pools , great beach, excellent spa center and lots of entertainment for the kids. Regarding food and beverages- you'll never be hungry- there are lots of restaurants and they cater to every taste- I am sure you'll find something you like to eat.

If you're going to stay avoid 5th floor at any cost. There is major issue with the water and you'll get no water at all between 6:00 and 8 PM.

There wasn’t ANY salmon fillet (NOT cooked) for breakfast. intercontinentally there is always Salmon with either butter or cheese to make a great breakfast. one more tip besides the salmon: you could put Walnuts (a small bowl) at lunch and dinner next to the Tarator (bulgarian yoghurt soup) as many people love it to put Walnuts inside!
