The stuff from restaurant area were very grumpy and rude. In bathroom no shower gel and on floor was hair.

The Sofia Hyatt has it all! Great room, wonderful interior, roof top bar in the city center, nice restaurant, gym, spa and - most importantly: great and really helpful staff, esp the assistant manager front office!

We had some issues connecting to the local wifi and also (this is more like a personal preference) I didn’t like that we had just one blanket although it was giant, but I always prefer to have separate blankets for me and my wife.

It is a pretty new hotel so everything was fresh and well maintained. It was clean and cozy and although there were several events it was very quiet. I liked the design of the room and also the staff which was friendly yet respectful. The breakfast was also very good and there is a very nice swimming pool.

The temperature of the water in the SPA was too low to be enjoyed. The rooms were a bit too small and spartan, the amenities and furniture available did not reflect what is shown in the room detailed description. The restaurant and rooftop bar were.. nice, but not "5 star hotel" nice - many regular placed in the city can top them.

The bed was really comfy.

The best hotel I have ever been, the stuff were wonderful, the location is excellent, breakfast was excellent, all the services if the hotel war spectacular!!! The best value was the stuff, we forgot our passports at the safe in our room after check out and was already at the airport....😱... I called the reception and they sent our passports with one of the stuff by taxi... We didn't missed our flight.👏👏 The best service!!!! Thank you so much

No man for the parking, I had to park myself the car. Service in the restaurant and in the breakfast area needs upgrade. I think also the breakfast area needs more choices.

Wow. What a hotel! Reception staff very welcoming, very clean and spacious rooms. Balcony great, bathroom a very good size. Comfy beds with a big Samsung TV on wall. Wellness center included in booking. Nice use of spa facilities (steam sauna salt rooms) swimming and jacuzzi area. Great for a relax after exploring the city. Great location easy walk into city center. Did not have breakfast in our stay so can not comment on that. If back in Sofia in the future will definately use again! Fantasic hotel.

Beautiful modern hotel with a very nice spa and an attractive rooftop bar. Breakfast was a delight. The bed was so comfortable and large that I wished to stay for longer than we planned. The lights in the room are excellently balanced, along with tiny night lights with a movement sensor switch. The bathrooms are large and spotlessly clean. We had a connecting room with our teenagers.

The location was not the best, I would say. I like walking but for some people it might be too far to the center. Take a local taxi, it arrives pretty fast.

The hotel is very new and the spa area is amazing (I traveled in January and could warm up in the sauna after cold walks). The bed is amazing. They provided me with a room as requested: quite and with a view in the garden. The view from the rooftop is amazing!
