The bed was not comfortable, and the shower didn't have a curtain, so the hole bathroom got wet after every shower.

The location is excellent, almost inside the botanical garden, and just a short walk to the beach. The swimming pool was fun to have.

Air-conditioning remote wasn't in the room and no room/curtain around shower and rest of room. We had to close curtains in front of windows to shower privately and didn't realise we just had to ask reception for remote until a few days in.

Location was great, and good value for money. We got a room advertised as deluxe suite with hot tub which essentially looked like a strip club. Massive posters of naked women in erotic poses. - for us it was more funny than a problem, but worth noting that it was not what I expected. Maybe warn future guests about this. The other rooms our friends were in were normal rooms. This was unique to the type of room we got.

As in many Bulgarian hotels/apartments, there’s no a separate shower and the water flows directly on the floor, toilet. I find it extremely inconvenient

It was dirty. There was no AC in the maisonette bedroom. The pool closed at 6pm.

very hard and uncomfortable bed. the shower was positioned badly and soaked everything in the bathroom. only 2 plug sockets available to use and they were hanging off the wall. restaurant closed so no drinks or snacks.

Facilities are poor, especially in the bathroom, beds and pillows are not very comfortable, no mosquito nets. Despite this, our stay was really nice and we felt very good in general. If the price was a bit lower (around 30, 35 euro), it would fit better the general quality of the room and the expectations of the tourists would be more realistic (old facilities = lower price).

Perfect sea view, very polite staff, flexible reservation, the size of the room (quite big) parking area available, close to the restaurants and walking area in Balchik. We felt good in the hotel during our stay.

Unvented building, a little smelly, cleanliness could be improved, not enough towels for 3, bathroom floor would get very wet and slippery, no floor towel/rug, no place to dry your beach towels, no coat hangers to hang a dress or a shirt.

The room and specifically the bathroom were not maintained. The towel bar was hanging broken and the shower tap was hanging loose.

The swimming pool was very nice and the receptionist was very kind.

The lack of cleanliness…the bathroom leaked when you showered. The beds were extremely hard and there were no extra towels allotted even though we used those to dry up most of the flooding by the shower leakage.

Unfortunately the ongoing nearby war in Ukraine had affected bookings, which in turn resulted in closure of the onsite restaurant. Hopefully things change soon. The hotel experience would be even greater when the poolside bar and restaurant reopen.

Great friendly staff. Accommodated several requests for additional rooms, date changes, airport shuttle services, taxi rides to nearby towns, etc. Convenient and well maintained pool. Parking space is adequate and very convenient.

I didn't like the fact that we were not informed that the pool was not yet functional. Also, it is sad that they do not have a restaurant at the location. The place has great potential, the location is perfect, close to the botanical garden and to the beac0h.

The room was very spacious, with an amazing sea view. It was close to the sea, even if there were some steps, it is easy to go down to the beach, even with a baby. We informed them that we will be traveling with a baby, so a baby crib was already there when we arrived. Also, the staff was great, very nice and welcoming. Each day someone was cleaning the room.
