the service is excellent, everyone from the staff was very attentive and helpful. the hotel is exceptionally clean. it requires some 25 mins walk to the Center but it was totally ok. it has easy access parking which was another convenience. we will be back for sure. thank you!

It is stated that hotel has charging point for EVs but it is only for Tesla vehicles. Bathroom was smelling bad until the next day cleaning lady came.

The spa was a little bit small and we would prefer fresh orange juice offered in the breakfast bouffe! The restaurant's food needs improvement! It was good but it has improvement potential!

Bed sheet and bed cover don't fit the size of the bed either, there's no mattress or pillow covers which is not very hygienic, although everything was very cleaned.

I really enjoyed the staff, who were very attentive and available, and for me this is an important detail. The food in the restaurant was also particularly good, which was a great surprise.

We had an amazing time in the hotel for a several times now, but this time was exceptional. The receptionists are very kind, smiley and helpful. The rooms were very clean and had a compliment water and candies when we checked in. The food in restaurant 42, was very delicious without ahy remark. Certainly you have to check the whiskey library on the rooftop floor. The guy knew what whiskey to offer to us, a slight jazz music was playing, the setting was incredible with the view to to Plovdiv. The SPA was also another joy in the Imperial’s paradise-very clean and chill. You should definately book a massage their. I am very delighted of my stay and will come again for sure!

Everything was incredibly good and qualified. They upgraded our room without charge. There was a greeting card and chocolate in the room. The staff was warm. Room was extremely clean and the bathroom was amazing! Breakfast was delicious and lots of options to eat. I would definitely recommend! Thank you ❤️

The hotel location is a bit out of central core, but it's not that far away and it's nice that it's quiet. Wish they had balconies!

The room itself was spotless. The bedding was immaculate. The bathtub was awesome. The spa downstairs is amazing. Thank you to the manager, Vladimir for making my stay incredible. He runs a tight ship!

Spacious and modern rooms, great location only 10mins away from the historical City centre, staff were cordial and helpful. Despite breakfast selection being partially limited due to reduced occupancy, the cook made a special effort to provide dedicated, excellent meals of our choice.

This hotel is THE BEST hotel in Plovdiv. The Manager Vladimir is very professional and always helpful. This hotel has very big clean rooms, the staff is super friendly and speaks English, they will assist you with everything. PS: take their airport transfer! it's the best.

Clean, big and comfortable room, comfortable beds, a lot of TV channels to suite every tastes. Very polite and kind staff. sauna and jacuzzi were amazing, all included in the room price. The hotel is not expensive and worth even more than you pay.

Everything was perfect.

The whole stay was well planned and extremely comfortable! Checking was easy, breakfast - various, parking area - spacious and easy reachable. The garden next to the entrance - very helpful for the dog owners. Thank you for letting my dog stay with me. The hotel provided bowls and a dog bed. Looking forward to staying again!
