Check out was a bit long and awkward! The hotel key card had timed out before we had checked out and we couldn’t get our bags out which made us 15 minutes late. but a minor issue… as everything else was seamless

Nothing really bad to say. Only thing - if you want to focus on Vitosha area you might prefer closer hotel (in case 1km is too far for you).

Very nice hotel. Located very close to the Alexander Nevsky cathedral and around 1km from vitosha boulevard. Rooms are very comfortable and quite large. Breakfast is good - they let you order on top of the buffet things like omelet or pancakes etc. Used their spa - not cheap but probably one of the better and professional I came across in hotels. In the hotel area there are quite few very nice restaurants, from high end and expensive to simple and cheap. So, lots of options and including nice bars and pubs.

Everybody was very kind, friendly, and helpful. It's located right in the center of Sofia. Taxis are there very fast, often within 4 minutes. You can walk downtown within 20 minutes and there are lots of small shops nearby.

Nothing really

Very good location overlooking the Cathedral and many other attractions nearby. The hotel has a great restaurant with a fabolous ambiance. In the evening, a DJ was warming up the atmosphere while we were dining which was really pleasant. The rooms are spacious and very clean with all the amenities one can ask for.

all good , but there is something one thing I wanted to mentioned, as we are in the special occasion “honeymoon” we emailed the hotle stuff to inform them that and maybe the will do some thing for as like ( romantic decoration) such as most international hotle do it for people whom in special occasions. However , they send as link to choose and pay for it with any filling. On the other hand, other hotle in Bulgaria they do it for us except intercontinental hotel.

Fantastic service from staff with lovely compliments (thank you so much for the macaroons!). Really loved the room: it was spacious, clean and had comfortable beds. We also loved the bathroom. The hotel is only a few mins walk from all the main attractions and the square. There is a metro round the corner as well as trams. Overall, would recommend I would stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, modern, and soundproof. The staff was very polite and efficient, special thanks to the night shift manager, who handled quickly our big group after midnight. The breakfast was delicious, I particularly enjoyed Bulgarian specialties- a good opportunity to try them all at once. We also had a long cocktail with colleagues at the bar, barmen waited patiently for us to finish, although we were only clients and it was quite late.

as always - a great place to be - they have a new great breakfast room & the breakfast got even better - we booked it on a very short notice (as we initially wanted to stay in the Grand Hotel Sofie - but this is a Katastrophe)
