When we visited there where still some repair works going on, but that was off season. Should be done by the summer.

Can't really tell.

Great location (10 min walk to the beach and 18 min walk to Old Town). Chris is an excellent host, full of energy and ready to help. Room was big enough for 3 persons, we also had a small nice balcony. Car was parked at the property (fee). Breakfast was good. Room full of light. I would recommend it to people whi see nesebar for the first time.

The pillow is not comfortable. The breakfast is too simple for a hotel breakfast. There were no slippers provided (different from what the ad says).

The staff was very kind, nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and the mattress was comfy.

I didn't like the attitude of the manager who is in the same time the receptionist of the hotel. Although we announced that we'll arrive late (around 23 hours) and he didn't bother to answer, he was very unpleased that we were so late and kept telling us that next time he would not open the door. Maybe we awoke him at that hour. It is after all a hotel and should have an available receptionist.

The hotel is located 3-400 meters from the entrance in the old Nesebar and there is also a parking 200 meters from the hotel, costing 8 leva for 4 to 24 hours. The room is OK, the hotel is located on a side street so no much noise. The breakfast is not exceptional and is served near the pool. The bed is round and very confortable.

The breakfast had a wide choice of things, but the bread was very boring and disappointing. The nightlamps in the room didn't work.

Nice staff and a good small swimmingpool - a bonus when travelling with a child. Good and quiet location close to the old city and still also close to restaurants, supermarkets and cafes and quite close to the beach.

I very much enjoyed my 5-night stay at this hotel which is well located between the Old City and Sunny Beach. My room was comfortable, including the novelty of sleeping in a round bed! The pool was a bonus. The plated breakfast was very generous - with ever coming offers of more! The host, Chris, was delightful - always pleasant and helpful to deal with - as was his lovely wife.

Hot water was iffy, but that’s normal for this area. Our bathroom had a bit of a weird smell, still would definitely stay again.

Chris is fantastic. Pool area is great, round bed is cool.

No parking - solved by the owner, but for a tax blind lightbulbs in the room and in the bathroom More tables needed for breakfast, sometimes people have to wait squelching doors town view

Location: OK Pool & Breakfast: OK Distance to beaches: 5-10 minutes in both directions personnel: OK room cleaned every day breakfast at pool side, coffee and juice, buffet WIFI: not the best but decent Air conditioning: really useful in August owner life goal seems to be to please the customers Overall it was the best option in these money: pool & breakfast, gym, bikes for rent, bar at pool side ( supplementary payed but prices ok)

This hotel is very well placed within simple reach of most of what nessebar and the surrounding areas offer. Plenty of life, shops and restaurants less than 5 minutes on foot. The hotel is run with energy and enthusiasm by chris and his family who are always on hand to assist with any issues.or requests. The atmosphere is intimate and relaxed and would suit the vast majority of people.

Think room could do with shelving over the tv and need some shelving in bathroom to as didn't have many places to put stuff on or in as no draws or shelving was a wardrobe in room though n side tables

The TV was constantly losing signal but that wasn’t such a big deal for us. Consider providing an additional pillow for the guests as the ones we had were too low for our comfort (my partner didn’t sleep well because of that).

The location is at walking distance from the Old Town, the New Town and the two beaches. The host, Chris, was very attentive and helpful and was constantly making sure we have everything we needed. He accommodated us in a bigger room and provided a place to park, which was much appreciated.

We liked every minute of our stay here. It is close to the beaches, 10 minutes from Nessebar Old Town. It is a great place, the breakfast is delicious, the staff is very helpful, very welcoming.
