The bathroom was a little lacking in cleanliness.

We had to find a place, where to stay late in the evening. The receptionist was helpful and quickly took care of all formalities. Room was spacious. Hotel has a nice pool area. We liked the breakfast.

The food choice could be a little bit better (stayed there few years ago and this has not improved) BUT what is served is really tasty (soups in particular :) )

This hotel is great option is you want short distance to the beach but quiet place , very clean , great value for money place , you can't find better option :)

Did not have a balcony as we were directly above the main entrance.

Pool was nice and the atmosphere was good. Food was pretty good not a huge choice but what I had i liked. Close location to main strip and free parking :-)

AC in room for me was not cold enough but that's personal opinion. Breakfast was a bit on the one dimensional side lack of sweet stuff .

Hotel was very clean , staff was very polite pool spotless rooms large but weird not actually have wardrobe but shelves .

Regularly some young guests made noise, ran and knocked their room doors loudly inside the hotel corridor from evening continuously at the middle of the night and untill the morning. I had to shout and ask them to stop it. The hotel's young, male night receptionist with spectackles ignored to help us and said that we have to tolarate it, because it's normal at the sunny beach. I did not have any objection if the guests make noise at the pool area or outside on the sreet. But come on not on the hotel corridor, disturbing the other guests!!!

The outdoor pool, breakfast & dinner, the wide and safe parking place for our new car, which was very important for me. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and money change facilities around and inside at the hotel. The cleaning staff and kitchen staff were very friendly and polite. The wifi was fast enough. They cleaned the room and changed the towels everyday. The photos presented on booking.com- are exactly the same and reliable.

The Pool bar wasn’t open when we arrived which was disappointing. The local residents and people who were staying at other hotels came each day and used the sun loungers and swimming pool which meant less sun loungers for guests staying at Ivana Palace

1.The breakfast and dinner could have been better. 2.At the reception, they asked us to pay when we checked in. After many hours of travel, our first wish was to settle a bit, eat something (as we arrived after 20h00), but we were asked to do all the formalities and pay in advance. This was felt like a lack of profesionalism and trust from the hotel stuff. 3. They don't have enough parking spaces, we had to go with the car each time in the area around the hotel, a field.

The room was big enough. The beach is 10 minutes walk. At breakfast, there were many women from hotel's stuff to clean immediately once you have finished eating.

During our 2 weeks we didn't really get a thorough cleaning which lead to our room being quite dirty at times. The pool water was very cold, which I can uderstand under today's utility prices but the kids got ill and it killed a few days of our holiday. The breakfast is good if you stay for a day or two but after a while, eating the same things every morning becomes quite frustrating.

The reception staff was nice, our room was spacious and bright, the facilities altogether were good. There is a shop in the lobby which is not too expensive. It saved us quite some time. The poolside bar is a great venue.

Cleaners should knock before entering into the rooms. The breakfast was a let down, drinks seemed to be watered down and the food didn’t taste great. We ended up 10 feet across the road at friends for the breakfast which was fab!

The rooms where great, enough room for clothing. Nice balcony. Pool and bar area was fab. Staff seemed pleasant and it was great to have free parking.

Although I had the option to reschedule the reservation data and because some personal problems I could not be at Sunny Beach at the beginning of the booked interval, the date of the booking could not be changed. Very difficult, almost non-existent communication at the management level. Finally, I lose the first 5 days from the paid 10 days, with no compensation and with no possibility to prolong or to change the initially reservation date. Be carefully to your booking and don't aspect something from the hotel management - simply they ignore the clients reasonable and justified demands. Very low speed Wi-Fi, often without Internet access.

Excellent price / quality ratio. Good location, a few minutes from the beach, swimming pool, facilities and excellent services. Clean room, towels changed daily. Diversified breakfast and totally reasonable quality. It's not luxury, but more functional, with large rooms, comfortable beds and practically everything you basically need, including daily cleaning and friendly staff. It was a good choice for us Ivana Palace.
