The sofa bed was very uncomfortable for my daughter, the middle had to be packed out with a blanket and the end was slopping down.

The property is nice and central.

the room for 3 was actually room for 1 as the bed for 2 was 120cm wide and with destroyed springs and the couch was discusting

Room number 5 was so cold even if we turned the ac on all night and there weren't a lot of blankets. Also it says " apartment" but do not get fooled, you are booking separeted rooms with shared bathroom. For one night it's fine but the description is not very clear

The room smelled of cigarettes and somewhat kitchen aromas, and there was annoying fan noise all the time (no fan visible).

The location, although parking was a madness. The rooms are spacious and bring you to the time of the old Sofia.

The furniture is old. The bed was uncomfortable. There were two lamps in the room, one not lit and the other barely flickering. I had two glasses left for use, one of which was full of cigarette ash. Cleanliness was not perfect. The price is too high. There are no extras in the room except for a bed and a small TV. It was very noisy. The other guests made noise after 11 p.m. The door to my room had a window that let in light from the hallway into the bedroom all night. Air conditioning is paid separately, which is quite annoying considering the price for this miserable room.I was there for one night for urgent reasons, I would not go back or recommend anyone to stay there.

Service is awful. I pre-paid the room via the booking.com app, yet they wouldn't open the door because they waited for the transaction to show, so my mom had to wait outside in the cold for them to verify the payment, even though it was after the stated check-in times they didn't let her in.

The owner gave me the wrong keys and unresponsive by calling on the phone so I had to enjoy the night sleeping in the corridor. Terrible communication

Very bad attitude from responsible he donot let us in freeing in street till we pay money online He abuse us as he take more money than the confirmation and we have to pay as it was -2 in the street Air conditioning was not sufficient we were freezing at the night Beds is not comfort at all Room not clean and show spider net with part not painted In general place was very poor in service and furniture

They are scammers, I booked two nights, was there at the right time but there was noone there. They said they would send me a link for entering, but they never send it.

I was refused entry to the guest house. Because they will not accept my booking.com payment. I was sent a malicious looking credit card payment link through the booking chat system. I was refused being able to pay with cash. I was forced to sit on the door step to this place while I paid using my credit card. It was 38 degrees that day. After nearly 1 hour I was sent the code to the door. When I entered the same people were waiting inside the property. They refused entry before payment. Even though I had paid using booking.com This is not a guest house, it is a converted office. The people are rude and do everything to make life hard. The owners do not care. When I asked for a light bulb as all the bulbs were broke. I was told check out at 11am. The even hide the AC remote control to stop you using it. I have complained to booking.com and my credit card company. This property should be removed from booking.com The place is dirty. All surfaces are dirty and sticky
