Very clean. Room service provided every day. Sound proof. We stayed in January, room was very warm. Buses and food store are very close. Breakfast is very good. Me and my daughter had a very pleasant one week stay.

Perhaps it was because of lacking English, but in the main building i thought the woman was a bit dry and rude, in the 2nd building however, the staff was incredibly friendly and always smiling.

My room was large and beautiful, very nice bathroom and good view of the city! Breakfast was fantastic, one of the best breakfast buffets ive seen. Great parking.

When booking, I indicated that I wanted a room with one double bed. Upon arrival, we were offered a room with 2 separate beds, saying that they did not guarantee anything. When we asked if you really didn’t have the room we wanted, the staff was at first indignant at our request, but in the end they provided us with such a room. This was the only unpleasant moment that spoils this wonderful hotel.

We needed to spend the night on the road from Greece to Romania. This hotel turned out to be the perfect place for such an occasion. In the evening there was a restaurant with excellent cuisine. There was also a store where we bought everything we needed for the trip. The room is also very cozy, and the breakfast is quite decent.

- the location is far from city center, but you have a bus in order to connect with the city, also you have a supermarket near the hotel and the food from the restaurant across the street is excellent. - the bath-tube was leaking on the floor of the bathroom

- nice clean room - good breakfast - good free private parking - good value for the money - the hotel is rated as 3 stars, but according to our experience in Bulgaria it is more like a 4 stars hotel

The blankets are like paper, every move you make, they make a sound as if you're smashing papers. Unfortunately, I observe this tendency in many hotels, which is really uncomfortable for sleeping. There is no lift, it's more like a guesthouse.

Very cosy hotel, in winter it feels like you're at a ski resort. :) The rooms are spacios, clean and it's very warm, as there's both central heating and an air-conditioner. The restaurant offers extremely delicious food. We loved it! The parking is huge and there is a supermarket next to the hotel. They offer baby cot for free, which is perfect for families with small children.

While smoking is not allowed in rooms, there are ashtrays on the small balconies. Our non smoking room had a smoke odor, even though heavily sprayed with fragrance before we arrived.

I really love to stay in this hotel every time i visit sofia nice and big place to park my car buffet breakfast very friendly staff specially the receptionist in the second building off the hotel he help me a lot with my questions about the city the room has beautiful view in the city can't wait to visit again thank you ❤️
