Lovely hotel right at the beach in Sozopol. The family running the hotel is beyond accommodating and very friendly. Perfect for a relaxed vacation either at the quiet, clean hotel pool or at the beach, which is a three minute walk. Diverse and very tasty food options at the hotel restaurant, very good breakfast buffet. Hotel itself is very clean and modern. We would definitely like to come back for sure, it has been a dream vacation.

Too much focus on "boutique" minimalism at the expense of comfort. Huge bathroom but just one hook for towels. Very small garbage bins for a triple room. A bit on the expensive side.

Good-sized, clean room, with extensible couch that turns into a full-size bed. Very close to a smaller, slightly more private beach than the main ones (although sometimes noisy due to a beach bar). Good restaurant, with decent prices, although not a lot of variety. Large balcony. Pool available (we never used it), garden, plenty of seating outside.

We would have appreciated a shower curtain in order to not splash the entire bathroom at every shower but this can be easily fixed.

- Our room (King room with garden view) was quite big and very very clean (and it was also cleaned every day during our stay!); - The garden in front of the room is small but very beautiful and well maintained; - We particularly appreciated the pool which has a good size and it was also very clean; - The room comes with a balcony where there is a seating area and being on the ground floor, we also beneficiated of a sofa facing the garden; - The breakfast was tasty, it included both eggs, ham, cheese and homemade sweets which we really liked; there was also good coffee and tea and even fresh orange juice every morning

Very beautiful hotel, the location is very good - close to beaches (5 min) and walking distance (20 min) to the Sozopol Old Town. The room was clean, spacious, mediteranean vibe and had a sea view. The breakfast was delicious and you could have it by the pool. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Overall a great experience, would recommend this hotel if you come to Sozopol.

The rooms are a little bit too small, the bathroom was way too small, i understand it is a family hotel though.after i reserved the room i asked if it has sea view and the answer was that it has city view and i am free to cancel the reservation if i want. The surprise was that i could see the sea directly from the room but maybe it was a misunderstanding. I did not like this aspect because it confused me initially.

Only minor issues. A little further from the old town of Sozopol (about 15-20 minutes walk). However, the walk can be pleasant ... And in compensation the area is quiet, unlike the center. On the other hand, the lack of a hair dryer in the room (it can be obtained on request from staff), however, makes a discordant note with the rest of the facilities and the general appearance which are all superlative.

When you enter the room, the view is dreamy, with a beautiful sea view, facilitated by large windows. Very nice and modernly furnished room, big enough, including the terrace. Good and quite diverse breakfast, served in a pleasant place. Friendly and very helpful staff. Location right next to the sea, with easy access to the beach. There are grocery stores nearby.

It’s been a few weeks now and we can’t stop raving about this hotel!!! The location was perfect and the hotel was beyond clean. With that being said, the family staff is what made our experience so incredible. Always with a smile on their face and helping us with whatever we needed. We can’t wait to go back and stay with them. I miss them. They felt like family after a couple of days.

The view is breathtaking!!!!! The place is spotless. As far as location goes, it is literally 5 m away from Bamboo Beach and the center of Sozopol is only 10-15 min away (depending on your walk). The staff is really formal towards the guests, which caught me off guard, but that's just my way of thinking. They are extremely helpful and cater to your every need. We asked for an iron and a hairdryer, and they brought it up in just a couple of minutes (for which we are extremely grateful). The breakfast buffet is small but sufficient. We really enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice, it was wonderful. Would highly recommend and would gladly visit again!

I would say that this was a great family hotel, new building, and a great location - exactly near the beach. The room and all facilities were very clean. We were very impressed with the owner's hospitality! Also highly recommend the restaurant, the food was very fresh and well cooked. Really great place for a relaxing and pleasant holiday.
