Location, it’s next to a busy road which is difficult to cross but surprisingly you don’t hear the noise from the room

The hotel was really nice, doesn’t look great on the outside but the rooms were actually really big, clean and spacious. The pool was also nice and the breakfast was good.

Quiet and clean hotel, staff was very friendly, room was cleaned everyday, pool was very pleasent. Breakfast with enough choice, and the food on restaurant very good and not expensive at all like at other restaurants. A 10 min walk to the beach and close to a very big supermarket. Overall a great stay, highly recommend.

If I had to be picky. A few bits of maintenance needed doing, like the odd loose handle and switch cover, and the drains in the bathroom were a bit smelly at certain times of the day. Thats it !

The hosts Hristo and Julia were fabulous, so kind and helpful, and always willing to have a chat and give advice about the area. Hotel was in a good location on the main Burgas to Varna Road, which made it good for both the high street of tourist shops and restaurants, and the beaches; about 15 mins each way. Room was big and bright, and balcony had nice views over the pool and sea view in the distance. Bed was comfy and bathroom spacious. The hotel restaurant: where we had breakfast, is really pleasant & attractively decorated, and the food is really good. We had dinner there on the last evening, had excellent food and paid half the price of fancier restaurants up in town. Pool was nicely done, with deep end for adults and shallow section for kids, and always a choice of sun loungers available. I recommend if you need transport to the hotel from Burgas or Varna, contact the hotel; their shuttle service is half the price of taxi firms.

the only downside is the location - it’s right next to a very busy main road. but it’s an easy walk to beach and all the bars and restaurants you would need. if you want a excellent budget option then it’s perfect.

it is close to a fairly busy road but in honesty, once inside, we forgot the road was there!

spotlessly clean. very well kept. the staff were very friendly and helpful. this was a second hotel because our first was so awful and we were very pleased with our choice this time. it’s family run, has a great little bar and restaurant with good food and great value, the staff went over and above to accommodate our every request, pool area is lovely. would very highly recommend Hotel Julia.

No pedestrian crossing anywhere near a hotel, I guess its more of a town officials fault than the owners, still it was an issue. Crossing the street was very dangerous each time as there is quite a bit of traffic. Breakfast well below of what we expected, needs improvement.

Very pleasant owners, very helpful and considerate. The hotel is close to the beach and shops, all walking distance. Nice vibe overall.

the location is a bit strange being right on the boulevard, but to be fair not so bad. it is close to pretty much everything and not as noisy as I feared.

the staff is awesome, it is sparkling clean, the room had a premium feeling in terms of furniture and overall ambience. the pool was accessible 24/7 and any requests were handled by the reception immediately

We had a lovely time at Julia hotel. The staff was very polite and extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. The reception team gave us information about the area and the beach and was always available to assist.

A bit near to the main road which is very busy , so a little noisy . There were no cushions on the sunbeds so were hard , had to go buy some blow up beds .

Staff nice , very clean , and only a 15 minute walk to the beach and centre of Sveti Vlas .
