A hotel with a magnificent view, close to the promenade leading to the Old Town and a stone’s throw to the central beach. Helpful and friendly personnel, tasty breakfast and a comfy bed count as doubtless pros of the facility.

The only thing I didn't like was that the breakfast was the same everyday and if you're staying longer it will get boring.

The staff was always nice and there for us and the rooms were clean. They also had a child feeding chair.

It's up on the hill so it was a bit difficult to go there but not a big deal though.

Cheerful staff always smiling The room was cozy and clean and had everything we needed (mini fridge, hair dryer, etc). Good view from the terrace. The hotel is not far from the old town and the center. Non stop reception.

There were no options to choose for breakfast.

It is closed to the old town but involves some stairs but manageable and good to walk up some stairs after food

There was no lift for access to the upstairs rooms, not a problem for young people but not elderly for the elderly people.

Fantastic view over the town Sozopol and out over the Black Sea. Lovely clean spacious apartment with large veranda.

The breakfast is ok, but you have just a few options. Also, have in mind that during the high season it may be a little noisy from the nightlife in the old town.

Friendly staff, the rooms are clean and the views are amazing. The photos of the place are accurate. The location is good - the hotel is above the old town. Overall great value for money, compared to similar places. I would definitely recommend to go for the studio with sea view.

The breakfast is delicious, but you need to ask for each specific meal to be prepared for you - you can't just take it by yourself. Overall a small and negligible inconvenience.

Everything you wish from a nice hotel plus a huge bonus - the best view this city can offer and a nice balcony with table and two chairs from which you can enjoy it!

The cleaning lady did not put much effort - the cleaning was superficial.

The kindness, warmth and excellent attitude of the owners who worked there. The breakfasts were cooked with love and were very tasty - lots of choice. The view was breath taking - exactly what I wanted! The lady and gentleman in the reception were also friendly, polite and helpful.

Lovely family hotel with a good location , very close to the beach and parking free. The breakfast was very delicious and plenty of choices. The owners of the hotel are such a lovely couple, always ready to help and gave us warm welcome. Definitely will recommend to friends and would love to come back. Nothing to complain

Very good hotel in a nice location, just a few minutes down to the old town. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good. I would chose this hotel again when I come back to Sozopol.

My sister and I stayed two weeks and couldn’t fault it at all.

Breakfast, a good selection to chose from served on a terrace over looking the sea. The location very close to the center, though on a hill easy walking distance to everything including the beach.

The night lamps over the bedroom are above your head and they are very unconfortable becouse you hit them when you get up or lay down. I have never seen a bathroom without a floor drain. The bathroom is always full with water on the floor.
