Exceptional restaurant with very delicious meals! The staff is friendly and super polite. This is mu second visit in the hotel. The villa is a perfect choice here. Good balanced temperature in the pool and jacuzzi.

The hair dryer was missing, also the feet towel. The shower was somehow improvised, it was just a shower head between the sink and the toilet.

Both the breakfast and the dinner were very, very good. Each day we had different meals, all of them very tasty. The apartment we had was very spacious, with a nice balcony facing the garden. Although the personnel did not speak English (or very little) they were always smiling and helpful. The SPA facilities are a nice bonus.

The swimming pools are opened early in the morning, which is great, but they do not seem clean at the time of opening.

The complex has everything a family needs - excellent food, kids playroom, all necessary spa facilities, a variety of massages. The location is great and there are lots of interesting things to do around too.

Access to the incide pool from another building.

Large and comfortable room, great view, good food, large inside swimming pool. The staff was very polite. There is comfortable path around dam Batak with some seanseble attractions. It's good place for fishing. Around are located some caves, fortress, waterfals and other places to visited. Generally, we had a beautiful stay there.

It was chilly during the night. We were with a baby and we weren't able to bathe him, since there wasn't air conditioner or any other heater in the room. The hot water comes with some delay or doesn't come at all and in the morning it was a little bit brownish. However, overall we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place to stay. The SPA center and the pool were awesome. Same for the food. We enjoyed both the dinner and the breakfast.

The outdoor and indoor pools were the perfect temperature to use. The spa facilities were immaculate and in good working order. I think that the price for a night in which dinner and breakfast are included is small. It's the first time I've been very satisfied with service, spa facilities and price! After we paid for our room online, I had asked for the bathroom to have a bathtub, after a minimal amount of time the hotel responded positively to my request. Totally worth visiting this hotel!

Need air conditioning on summer time

The location is beautiful with views over the lake. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was good. The pool was lovely and warm.

In general the staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome from the beginning. The facilities were also good and the indoor swimming pool was warm and the jacuzzi even warmer! The food in the morning and evening was great for me!

A small disadvantage was that the air conditioner in our room was pretty old, so it looked like it didn't work in it's full capacity.

Perfect long weekend, we really enjoyed the spa facilities, the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The food was delicious, both breakfast and dinner. Very friendly staff and great live music on Easter evening. Amazing views and relaxing atmosphere, we strongly recommend it👌

The sofa bed for the kid was very uncomfortable. I do not think this leader sofas, that also have hard and uneven surface are suitable for sleeping.
