The room heating was too strong to the point it was way too hot to be able to sleep.

The view from the room is amazing due to the strategic location of the hotel. The rooms are very spacious sunny and the bed is very comfortable. The staff was kind. The hotel restaurant is the best in the area. Every dish was masterfully prepared and very tasty. The slope is directly in front of the hotel. And also very well maintained. Machines were working all night to ensure pleasant experience for the customers during the day.

It's only a recommendation, not negative feedback - the seating places in the restaurant were not very good distributed and for breakfast it's needed to wait or sit with other unknown people.

The location of the hotel is exceptional and very convenient. Travel time from Sofia is less than 90 min and it's great that there is onsite parking. The temperature in the hotel and the room was perfect to get warm and feel cozy. The food was delicious.

The breakfast is quite underwhelming considering the price of the hotel - poor quality and not much choice. The included coffee is terrible so you are forced to spend money on a better one from the bar. The rooms also need some improvement in the details - there were no hooks to hang the provided bath robes, there were stains on the carpet and there were barely any toiletries in the shower.

We got a room with very small windows and no view. Most rooms have a view of the mountain and the majestic Malyovitsa peak.

Location is perfect for hiking; spa facilities are really nice (even though we were there is high season some steam baths and saunas were closed so it got really busy in the afternoon); view from the restaurant is amazing. Rooms are spacious, make sure you bring toiletries as the ones on site are really basic.

The rooms start showing their age, especially the bathrooms. No facilities for hanging wet towels and clothes in the rooms. The rooms are a bit damp and stuff tends to dry up very slowly (in the summer)

We planed to be close to Sapareva Banya - do to the 7 Rila lakes. In the description it was written that the hotel is 13 KM from Sapareva Banya, but it is not, The real distance is around 70 KM which means 2 hours of driving. This information should be updated in the hotel description. The hotel's manager told us that the description and the distances are part of Booking responsibility.

Breakfast is really nice. It is served from 8-10am but there are no refills after 9:30 and by 10 everything is collected from the buffet tables. So if you don't come early to breakfast you get almost nothing. Quite disappointing. Spa area is nice except 2 steam rooms smelled like mold.

Restaurant staff was slow and didn't pay much attention to the guests. Lot of waiting to be served.

Location was excellent. Room was big(apartment). Relax center was very nice. Seceral saunas, steem rooms, a salt room, two jacuzzis. Reception staff was helpful and friendly.

In terms of cleanliness - the carpet in the room needs more attention as there were big spots on it.

The room was very specious! We had a great view from the room's balcony! SPA center seemed to be new - a lot of sauna choices - it was very clean. Staff was very polite and helpful.

When ariving with "city" mindset its easy to spot some imperfections corresponding to actual average rating. After returning from first all day hike the perspective completely changes - its super luxury mountain hut, almost a miracle. Spacy rooms and all areas, super large beds, as clean as could be, wide selection in restaurant, smiling and helpfull crew. Not speaking about the spa. The best place to get ready for another hike. All this for very reasonable price. If possible we would give eleven points out of ten.

Breakfast was not very good, even though the selection was huge , the quality was terrible. We had bad instant coffee, mouldy toast, dry supermarket cake, and the juice machine was not working.

The spa was really good (2 whirlpools, many saunas, steam bath, etc. ...) and everything was working. Rooms were clean and bathroom was also very fine. Location is super for hiking (there are a minimum of 4 different Routes directly from the hotel).
