The only downside was we had to wait a bit until we got served for dinner, but the food was great!

This was a great one night stay! We had a very nice room and we were able to use the sauna and jacuzzi downstairs. We also had to leave early the next day and the hotel gave us a bag with food, which was really nice!

Please lower the lights at the SPA, it really ruins the ambience. Check in should be faster and once the guests arrive it would be nice to be offered to have seat rather than waiting standing at the reception for 20' until check in is completed. Seriously, remove all the fake flowers from the reception, and restaurants they look cheap and really undermine the wonderful interior.

Great location, great hotel, great facilities. Amazing views and excellent bar. This is wonderful hotel very close to Sofia which gives a great mountain chalet experience.

My apartment seems intended for the guest with wheelchair. No glass curtain between the shower part and the rest part of the bathroom, so the bathroom floor is all wet after shower.

Location close to the ski area. The bus stop No 66 from and to Sofia is in front of the hotel. Nice and spacious balcony and apartment with view to Vitosha peak. The receptionists tried their best to assign my room before check in time and send my forgotten scarf to me after I checked out. Excellent reception staff.

The location is amazing, especially if coming by bus 66 (which is taken from Paradise mall). By car, the road is bad and noisy, but if it's a rental - go ahead :D The hotel is nice and clean. The food is splendid and you can have a great romantic dinner. The SPA is only a jacuzzi, sauna and a steam bath, but hey - it's much better than a hut. Definitely walk to Aleko and the Moreni stone river - just 600 meters up ahead!

The garbage bins in room and bathroom should be emptied daily. But that didn’t happen. Even though we switched on the “cleaning” sign when we went out for a long walk on the second day of our stay.

Small, cozy and warm hotel with a great location. Exceptional view of the mountain from the lobby bar, from the restaurant and from the terrace of our apartment. Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Bathroom clean and wide enough. Good breakfast. The staff polite and helpful. Spa facilities spotless. The whole atmosphere is cozy, quiet with a touch of luxury. We would come back with a great pleasure.

The location of the hotel is very nice and relaxing with exceptional views and perfect for going for walks. The lobby bar is very comfortable and has good drinks and food available. The staff were all exceptionally helpful. The breakfast had a good variety and when food finished the staff brought us more just for us. The rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated.

Beautiful location, nice interior. Was so worth a detour away from Sofia. Clean and warm. A child towel and baby bath gel was a lovely touch 😍 Enjoyed the spa with access to a snowy terrace. The restaurant dinner was good too.

Really lovely hotel, in a beautiful area. Amazing views from the hotel and the room. The hotel is surrounded by nice hikes and views. The spa area was great. The food at the hotel was also amazing and all of the staff are so friendly. We loved it so much we are going back next year.

The room smelt like carpet cleaner and the cobbled road up the mountain for a motorcycle was a bit sketchy.

Regular sauna was perfect in the environment to relax and unwind. Comfortable beds. Nice bar to relax with a drink.
