Simple but clean room with very solid standard of accommodation. Facing to the back so quiet. Location less than 10min to the very centre.

we stayed for four nights. The room was not cleaned, just one of the 4 towels was replaced, that was all. Maybe they do cleaning upon request. A pair of glasses or cups in a room would be useful.

Location is very good - short walk to the city centre and old town. We had a good sized room, simple but clean and quiet, with very comfortable beds, fridge and private bathroom. The staff at the reception is friendly and helpful.

It was a little bit noisy as it is situated on the boulevard.

I think the restaurant was configured for buffet breakfast, but not available during our stay. Except breakfast, there is nothing to complain about.

We had a superior double room with sofa for 2 nights. The room: the room was as expected from a 3* hotel. We had a minibar with complementary water bottles (free of charge). The bathroom was ok, the only strange thing was that the shower curtain was covering the sink as well, not only the shower area. Beds were comfortable, aircon was working. The windows had insect nets and the view from the window was nice, over the city and nearby hills. All good here and very clean. Breakfast: we had included breakfast. Maybe because there were only few customers, the breakfast was with few options to select from (I think 4 options). It was ok but not great. The coffee was good, from coffee beans machine and with multiple options (espresso, cappuccino etc). Parking: we had paid parking, reserved in advance. It was in an enclosed parking area, and we had our reserved parking slot. All good here (please inform at the reception in advance before getting to the hotel, since the entrance in the parking is not from the main street). Location: the location of the hotel is very good. It's close to the city center (10 minutes walk) and it's on a large boulevard with good surroundings. The hotel building is rather new and I think it's part of a business center building. There is elevator for the upper floors. Staff: nothing to complain here. The staff were friendly and helpful. Conclusion: Good option for visiting Plovdiv, close to city center (10 minutes walk from pedestrian area), with parking options, breakfast (even if not the best), and very clean rooms with good view. We appreciated the complementary water in the room. The price /quality ratio is very good.

The breakfast can be improved.

In the middle of bus and train station. only 5-10 min walk to city center, and 15-20min walk to old town. Breakfast is acceptable, but can be improved.

Breakfast staff not the best at explaining how breakfast works as different on both mornings. Not the most interested as you keep asking for items or help. We did have dinner one evening and ordered chips and sauteed potatoes as side dishes with main meal. Side orders delivered 15 mins before dinner and were cold when dinner arrived, would expect all together. Booked a double room, checked it a few times before arrival and assured it was. When arrived it was a twin room. Hotel was not full and even if no double available, they could have pushed them together with double sheets. P.S. even though I requested a late check out and checked a few times in advance I was informed on the night before arrival that its not available if hotel full so be careful.

Breakfast was good and dinner nice. Room clean and large. Knew the area which is why I booked the hotel, its close to city centre and the Roman Forum and Odeon. Nice big park nearby with singing fountains, 12 mins walk to train station. Reception staff extremely good and helpful. Spoke English which was good as I did not speak Bulgarian, not something you find in all accommodation. Could not get taxi at train station as drivers do not pick up unless booked, rang hotel and they sorted it for us. Late check out at 50% of room cost to 5pm which was handy for evening flight.

The shower can be improved, but finally we managed.

The room was very clean, the bad confortable and the breakfast tasty. It was over the expectations, at this price. We had also a parking place in a safe place, behind the hotel. The staff was helpful and nice. The hotel is situated very close to old city, very convenient for visiting the most important archeological vestiges and the pittoresques old streets of the city.

Clean hotel in centre of Plovdiv. Has booked on last minute for the best price and not expected this quality level. Bed was comfortable. Floors and bath clean. Personnel with top respectful due care.

My only problem was that our room looked out onto the very busy Tsar Boris III Boulevard. It was amongst the treetops but very noisy most of the time because I prefer an open window to using air conditioning.

Choice of English, Bulgarian or continental breakfast - I chose the continental. It was OK. The location was very convenient for what we wanted to do but a bit of a trek to the historical sites on a hot day. Plamen, the manager, was very helpful in our pick-up from the airport, organizing a late meal in our room and communicating all this before our stay.

There was a 10 lv fee included for the usage of the garage, which was not directly visible upon registration. The staff politely explained that it's price is not included in the stay. It turns out that the parking spaces are subject to availability (City centre), so in case you need to park, reserve early. The internal soundproofing have some room for improvement.

The staff was extremely pleasant to deal with. The room was very good. The A/C worked even without card in the receptacle. In the morning there were noises from the cleaning ladies, which was no really pleasant, but apart from that, despite being in the centre of the town, the room was exceptionally quiet.

A power outage in town, really crippled the hotel, with work been to another hotel, there also where issues but basics where working even with the outage. Also the entry in private parking is pretty had to find.

It was a short stay, but even we have arrived late reception was manned (is not always the case in Bulgaria at hotels of this number of stars), the room was ok (a bit above the number o stars of the hotel), also they have private parking, even though are in "busy" area of town.
