I was on the last floor, and the internet connection was very poor. The hotel staff was smiling, but they were a bit unpolite. I said "good evening" or "good morning" and there was no reply. This is basic manners.

The TV was fixed to the wall, if it was on a movable stand, I could turn it and watch it from the bed. The working area was not lit at all. Good my laptop had a back-lit keyboard. Also turning the lights in the bathroom on was turning a light at the bed area on, which would be very uncomfortable as it could wake up the other person at night.

The location is good and also there is a car park. The restaurant is the best one I've been in Vratsa. Also the staff is very friendly. The apartment was spacious with huge terrace. Also the ventilation of the central heating was very quiet and it was nice and warm.

Really clean, warm and welcoming hotel. We hosted our grandma’s birthday there too in the restaurant and it was a wonderful experience. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Thank you to the staff for making our stay extra special!

I could not totally stop the air-conditioning, but I did not ask for help so it is not their fault. Nothing else to write here.

I booked 2 studio room, but got a free upgrade on one of them due to overbooking of this types of accommodation. Without us asking they offered us the most glamorous apartment. The view was breath-taking. We were very happy with the buffet breakfast also. Both the food and the coffee was of great quality. I can say the olives were some of the best I ever had. Both the city and the hotel are a hidden pearl in Bulgaria.

I liked a lot the style of the bathroom, however, the lack of a curtain or glass made the water splatter everywhere.

The room was huge and had an amazing mountain view. The breakfast was quite nice.

The hotel was very comfortable except for the bathroom which was a bit weird - a step up and then a shower in the corner without any separation from basin or toilet. But one doesn’t live in the bathroom so it was fine to put up with it. The restaurant was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall incredible value for money.

The bathroom door could not close unless we locked it but this works only from inside. The staff room was right next-door and the cleaners were a bit noisy early in the morning.

Good location. Spacious room and practical bathroom. Comfortable beds.

The only negative bit of our experience was getting a reminder-to-leave phone call at 12:05 while tying our shoes and leaving the room to check out. It felt rather rude and definitely left a lasting mark on our overall experience.

We stayed at the hotel for just one night, but we had a really pleasant experience! The room was huge and had a massive balcony with an awesome view of the mountains. Everything was clean and tidy, and the bed was super comfortable. The restaurant offers amazing meals at a good cost, and my only worry, the location, turned out not to be a problem at all just because everything in Vratsa is in close proximity.

Breakfast was advertised for 07.00 but at 07.30 the breakfast room was still locked, with around 10 guests waiting, although the buffet was visible within. It was not until a guest with initiative walked around the outside of the hotel and re-entered the building through the kitchen door, and then made his way to the dining room to unlock the door, that breakfast was possible. The food in the restaurant for evening dinner was excellent, but the atmosphere spoiled by cigarette smoke wafting in through an open door from the terrace bar area which, although technically "open air" was equipped with a canopy which did not allow the cigarette smoke to escape upwards.

A modern hotel with good quality room furnishings and bathroom. A quiet location beside a river, but the city centre was not within easy walking distance.
